Are you kidding? Service was great, food sucked. Wanted a good steak and potato, 3 out of six got a salted plate that we couldn't even eat. Waited 30 min to get in. Will never go back. Sorry, I miss Cattle Company and Sea Galley. At least we got great food. Isn't that what we pay for? Sad that this is what we have left. Cook my own from now on. Shame I have to BBQ and not get served in this town when I pay to be served. 50 yr Alaskan in case you're wondering.

WE HAVE EATEN MANY TIMES AT THE TEXAS ROADHOUSE IN AMHERST, NEW YORK. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD MEAL OR EXPERIENCE THERE. ON OUR MOST RECENT VISIT FOOD AND SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. WE MET ONE OF THE CO MANAGERS, CLIFFORD. HE WAS SO DOWN TO EARTH AND FRIENDLY IT WAS REFRESHING. WE WERE BLESSED TO HAVE A GREAT SERVER, ALEXIS WHO WAS VERY OUTGOING AND HELPFUL. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS AND WE LEFT WITH A WHOLE NEW FAITH IN HUMANITY. WE WILL RETURN AGAIN WITH GREAT ANTICIPATION. THANK YOU CLIFFORD AND STAFF

we went to TRH 168 Hanes mall circle Winston/Salem NC 27103 on 06/14/2024 around 2:30pm we ordered "road kill" (actual name of order) mash potato gravy and a rice bowl and a sweet potato 1/2 slab ribs sprits and 2 alcoholic drinks the mash potatoes were not very hot and so was the ribs it was sent back for re-heating when it was returned it was slightly warmer then it was before I would not call it hot in fact the side orders of rice and the sweet potato was was very hot like the ribs should have been

Yall have great food I love the ice tea and salads your waiters and waitresses are always nice and helpful always enjoy our visits to Texas Roadhouse …. Except your music is Too loud especially because I wear hearing devices it’s very uncomfortable and I can’t understand the people Iam dining with so plse make consideration for us Thank you so much!!!!

Irlo and Bronson. Such a shame been coming here for years, but probably will not visit again. Staff friendly. Table clearer/cleaner doesn't want to be there. Floors filthy under chairs/tables and although we got them to clean the table the cloth probably made it dirtier. Food took ages to come and at different times, so all ate at different times. Portions smaller and not that good to be honest. Real shame we used to love it.

My daughter, two grandchildren and I had lunch at the Chesapeake VA Texas Roadhouse this past Mother’s Day. Arrived about 12:00 and the place was hopping! Luckily, we were seated immediately. Our waitress was Sierra and she was outstanding! Patient, friendly and very helpful getting some take home croutons for my daughter. I always have the small filet medium well and it’s perfect. Unfortunately, this visit the steak was quite bloody and tough. I ate a small bit and left the rest of the bloody mess on my plate - disappointed. Overall the meal was great. Then I made the mistake of using the ladies room. PLEASE CLEAN THE RESTROOMS REGULARLY DURING OPERATING HOURS. They only have 3 stalls and there were several women cued up waiting their turn. The floor was wet inside the stalls, toilet paper scraps littered the floor throughout, and the toilet was filthy, even on the back next to the wall. Desperately needs a complete remodel and more stalls to accommodate more people.

I recently ordered a cheeseburger at Texas Roadhouse in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania and when I arrived home I opened up the container and only four French fries In The container.
