I ordered a trampoline from Tesco Direct on the 14th June money taken straight away and delivery was to be 3 to 5 working days. It was then changed to 11th July, wasn’t happy but thought I’ll just wait. This is now the 16th July and still no trampoline. I got a message from a courier saying delivery 11th July sat in all day and nothing. When I contacted Tesco they were so rude and says because I live in Northern Ireland it takes longer. No one every made me aware of this and they refuse to give me the name of the local courier, so I’ve still nothing..appalling service from Tesco all round!

Waited all day for a Faulty TV to be collected. All emails came through from Tesco Direct confirming the collection as today. Waited all day to be told that this has now been re-arranged for tomorrow. No notification, phone call or anything.

In the face of all the negative reviews, I stand to differ! Ok, my recent purchase was a day late, but that wasn't a problem for me; my oh would disagree though, because the leather recliner it replaced had been duly dispatched to the dump the afternoon of the expected day of delivery. He had to make do with a fold up chair in his prized position in front of the tv lol. Anyway, I digress. When our chair arrived and we'd unpacked it, it had what appeared to be an unsightly blue mark (dye transfer or some such) on it. After a call to Customer Services and a few emails with photographic evidence, later, I am pleased to say that Tesco offered a 10% discount, thus resolving the situation to our satisfaction. I have been trying to order a trampoline for the last 24 hours. Hopeless. I get to the end and cannot select a delivery date. Apparently the system is down. For 24 hours? Really? To be fair the customer services were sympathetic though unable to help at all, except to advise ‘keep trying ‘. No surprise it’s closing. Absolute joke.

Absolutely Appalling Customer Services - ordered 2 settees - only one turns up - Tescos High Level Complaints - useless - I speak to supplier and kick off to be told it will be done the next week but order should never have gone in part - next week they do not produce it so again I kick off and Tescos.......does nothing - I speak to a director at the suppliers and they sort it out same day - next day tescos say it will be 4 weeks - I explain I have sorted it - they just offer a gift card - absolutely avoid at all costs they are worse than a chocolate fireguard - absolutely useless and the high level complaints make Vodafone look good!

Lost item and will not refund as they “have done nothing wrong” Click and collect item has gone missing in the Tesco Hanley Store, but Tesco has taken the money for the item. Called customer services who said they can’t anything and they can’t escalate as they don’t have managers. Called a second time and managed after over two hours to speak to the manager Jackie who was very rude, refused to make this as a complaint or investigation as they said it’s not there problem! Maybe because they are closing down they don’t care? But I have no item, no refund and no compensation! Be aware there are cheap items on the site but don’t get delivered. Cowboys.
