TermlyReviews of termly.io

I would have preferred if I could download the policies I create in MS Word or similar content so that I could share with my colleagues and have them translated into the correct Afrikaans and some of the other official languages of South Africa where we reside. I understand your desire to have them continually updated but as a subscriber I did expect I could easily download them. So am somewhat disappointed.

Very impressed with their customer service!! Termly was really on it and able to help me out quickly!

Even after i become the paid membership you are not facilitating to copy the document to system with or without watermark/ copy right. Also there's no cancellation policy agreement drafting facility.

Edit: Termly reached out to me and let me know they were having some technical difficulties with their scanner. Everything is up and running now. I’m honestly very impressed by their customer service. They did everything in the power to fix the issue and compensate me for the issues I experienced. They also reached out the day after I submitted my reviews. I am upgrading to four stars. My only issue is that this wasn’t addressed and resolved during my initial support request. I have another website I need policies for and I will be using them again. Original review: Truly a disappointment. I paid for the the Pro version but can't get the cookie banner to work. The website scan needed to enable the cookie banner fails every time. I have reached out to customer support and they send me the same instructions that I can find in the help section. I had already tried these steps as I'm not a moron. I have told them it still fails to scan. Even let them know the hosting method I'm using. I have not receive a response in over a week. At this point I have paid for almost nothing. I could have created my Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy on my own. I paid for this for the cookie banner. I have experienced additional issues as well. An error encountered when updating my Terms & Conditions. If I now tried to update them, they are completely blank and I have to answer all of the questions again. There have been multiple times were the policies have not loaded on the respective page on my site. At the very least there should be a manual option of setting up the cookie banner. Relying on a scan that may not work, customer service that will ghost you bc they don't know how to fix the issue and subsequently having paid for nothing, is egregious.

Pretty bad, had to download a Chrome extension to be able to copy my Privacy Policy

I Am So Happy I Found This Service. They do not bombard you with never-ending "add-ons" that you need to pay extra to "upgrade" the service! Please save your precious time and set up a time for a demonstration today.

Great! Simple and easy to navigate.

I have spent some time today using Termly and am massively impressed with the platform. I've used the WordPress plugin to install the consent banner and auto blocker on my website, and then created and embedded my privacy and cookie policies and terms of service and am just really impressed with how easy and intuitive the process was. Really looking forward to selling this to my clients!
