When starting a website
When starting a website, actions items at times are challenging and there are timeline demands. I was requiring action items to completed and instructions, I could follow quickly. Instructions did not work and the rep remained on the chat until we completed what I needed to be completed. Most chats provide instructions and done. However, Melissa remained until the process worked for one of us. Also, I believe it was the end of her day. This is how chats should work - Great experience and customer chat service !
