May I know which email you used to create a ticket with us? Also, we were out yesterday, September 4, in observance of the US Labor Day. Please know that we'd like to make this whole experience right for you. Our legal team is reviewing this and we ask that you provide/share with us the email you received from Google. We need to see your settings to check if you have followed the steps in setting up the banner correctly, according to Google. Also, I would like to mention that Termly is listed as one of Google's recommended Consent Management Platform integration and our banner copy was drafted in line with legal requirements and Google's requirements for publishers. If you can provide us with the email, we'd be glad to investigate this further and get back to you with an update.
