I recently bought a Tempur mattress, as I suffer with a bad back, and thought that the memory foam would give me more support, which it has. I opted for the Firm mattress. I have had the mattress for 3 days, since sleeping on it I have developed a rash (Hives) that has got progressively worse, to the extent that my breasts, sides, hips, thighs are covered in the raised itchy welts. I have not changed washing powder or eaten anything out of the ordinary. Since looking into this I have read quite a few reports that the chemicals used within the manufacturing process can cause a skin reaction as well as other health issues, like headaches, nausea and quite a few more symptoms that are quite scary! I will be changing my mattress, as luckily the store that I bought it from offers a 60 day trial. Such a shame as its a very comfortable bed.

Tempur pillow is the best for my neck pain. Great quality although expensive but you get what you pay for!

Advertised the pillow as being "premium" foam and a mix of densities (and they show a mix of white/blue color foam to help hammer home this detail). Sent a pillow with 95% white low quality 3lbs density foam. The foam looks nothing like the pictures advertised and the pillow feels like cheapo $20 one. Paid a premium price for a low-quality product. I bought this to replace my old Tempur pillow, (which weighs twice as much), so quality must have slipped considerably in the last decade. Contacted customer support and their messages were brief and unhelpful. I used to really like this company, but now its almost comically bad.

Ordered a Tempurpedic mattress online straight from their website, got an email from UPS that it’d arrive in 3-4 days. Never came, the status was failing to update on the UPS site, was told it was “in its way.” Well it’s been “on its way” for almost a week now, and UPS people said it would arrive on a certain day, only to be told by another customer rep that that was false information, it’s actually lost and off the grid (?) so had to open an investigation which takes 10 days. Tempurpedic said they’d send reshipment but haven’t seen any evidence of this at all. What a terrible waste of time and money

The worst back pain ever on these mattresses. They feel amazing at first but then after you sleep on them for long enough they just sink way too much due to lack of support. Do yourself a favor and find a good mattress with SPRINGS that works for you. Also Tempur Pedic reviews online are 99% fake! Same with Purple. Both companies are horrible with their marketing pressuring you into buying an overpriced piece of foam. Also the toppers are even worse than the mattresses they're literal garbage, worse than cheap Walmart toppers.

I had the worse experience with Tempur Pedic. We ordered the split king mattress and bases. After 3 days of delivery my partner passed away and I decided to move back to Europe. Tempur pedic would not accept the base return, only the mattress. I understand that they dont do base return but this situation was so specific and the bed was used for 1 night only! I had to call them 10 times and could not reach anyone who could provide any answers, just put my inquiry in the system and send an email later that says no base returns. So inconsiderate, unprofessional! Also in the end they took the bases but no money back for them, so cheeky.

Sad to tell you - if you are thinking of buying a Tempur-pedic because you heard it is the "top of the line"... You've been misinformed - the only thing "top of the line" about them anymore is the price!! We bought their mattress when the company was small - cared about its customers - also when they had no competition. Unfortunately, our 1st mattress did have to be replaced due to serious sagging issues. Even though that was an ordeal, the lady was great to deal with, she even verified that we would have a new warranty starting with the new replacement mattress. It has now been 8+ years and this 2nd mattress has lumps, ridges and is extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the company's customer service - who now is also doesn't also outsourcing that portion to place a wall and not take care of customers issues regarding their "supposed warranty". Basically, I was blown off regarding the warranty replacement stated in the paperwork for issues prior to 10 years - and remember this is our 2nd go round with a bad mattress... Seriously!- Oh- by the way, I did let them know i was disabled, and that this is a serious problem for me.. They couldn't care less! Don't buy a Tempur-pedic you will regret it - warn your friends and family.

There should be a class action lawsuit regarding false advertisement of this overpriced piece of foam that they claim they will honor a 10year warranty over. Our split kings both are 6years old and have sagging issues which we proved and they will not honor the warranty for. Terrible customer service!!! Someone needs to stop them from taking our hard earned money!
