Their website advertises 24/7 365 days a week help. I submitted my information online which is a sinus infection and asked for amoxicillin. My bank account was charged $79 immediately for the visit. I received a text 15 minutes later informing that no Dr's were available, and this would have to be taken care of tomorrow. False advertisement and they still charge your account. I was told it could take 3 -5 days to receive the refund so if you only have enough money for this visit I would pick another provider.

No communication. Paid $75 for one time visit and was prescribed OTC hydrocortizone cream. When I said I have been using that for a week and was hoping for a prescription that would help heal, I received NO REPLY. So basically, they took $75 and gave me NO HELP at all. The only communication I received was ~"thank you for paying us $75" and ~ "How did we do?" I was in serious pain and needed something other than a prescription for an Over The Counter ointment.

I am a nurse and never spoke to a medical professional. I did get a call from a receptionist who reviewed my paperwork I submitted. I submitted that I have bronchitis and need a zpack and prednisone as I am a nurse and have had this in the past. I was given a zpack and albuterol which I don’t do well with. I have attempted to contact them all day and received a message”medical practitioner stands by their decision.” If you are looking for an appointment with a medical dr, pa, nurse then look elsewhere

I signed up online for their services. I filled in all the information and waited for them to call back. No one called so I tried to call them. I could only reach a recording to leave a message. I left sever messages and did not receive a response. No one called me and I did not receive a call from the doctor. I had my credit card company dispute the charges and all they did was to send them the information I provided along with a copy of the terms and conditions of their services which was about 15 pages long. So I ended up paying $79.95 for nothing.

They sent a refill to medications that I already have. They are Totally useless. Don't waste your time. I know I can't get a refund because they are scammers. DO NOT waste your money. I don't think they even have doctors available. This is not a legit service. Terrible would be too good to say about them. DO NOT USE this service. Totally a SCAM!

I had the same experience as numerous people. It sounded like a good deal, and like most good deals, proved to be a scam in my opinion. I never heard back from anyone and am disputing the charges on my account for the service. I tried reaching out in September on occasions and never heard anything.

In my experience it was a complete scam. Advertised "prescription in minutes", then, after I paid $29 and answered some questions I received big bold notice I would hear from a doctor within 2 hours. I didn't. I never did. After several calls and texts, providing more info., being told I'd hear from the 'medical team' soon... 2 days later I still hadn't heard from them. I called yet again, and was told there was nothing they could do, it was up to the doctors, an "sometimes it can take a few days or a week". I went to urgent care and had my prescription in 30 minutes!
