This company is a sham. I’m shocked they haven’t been shut down. You never get to talk to a doctor, even through you are constantly promised a call from one. They take forever to call in meds. I requested something for anxiety and they just texted me a list of 10 different medications asking which one I wanted. Asked for a call from a doctor to help me make an informed decision, but that wasn’t an option. If you want a real doctor and health assessment, this is not where it’s at!

I called for refills on blood pressure & diabetes because I had run out the day before. I called at 3:00pm & was told I would hear back shortly. I received 2 texts messages in the middle of the night asking for pictures of my medicine bottles & blood pressure readings. At 6:23am, I received a text saying they were sending my information to their medical team. Then I waited another 8 hours and I called them to check on my refills. The woman apologized and said she would reach out to their medical team and get back to me shortly. That was 3 hours ago. So it's been 28 hours and I still do not have any refills.

Called first thing in morning. Filled out online form. Needed a prescription called in for infection. Recieved form stating I would hear from Dr. Within 2 hours.3 hours later Recieved form telling me they appreciate my enrollment in their program and doctor would contact me "sometime today"#. 2 more hours request for a picture of affected area. Send it to them. Nothing. Call them using listed phone #. Guaranteed call center in Mumbai India. Sir we understand your frustration, we are doing everything we can to get your case resolved. Subsequent calls same as. When I pointed out wasted a whole day, they never answered my calls Amy more. Never got prescription. ..

Were very quick to get me my antibiotics! Highly recommend.

So much was wrong. It’s as if they are requiring the fee just to collect your info. They did refund but didn’t bother to let me know there was no doctor available to prescribe or diagnose based on the thorough description of my symptoms. I was given a refund but they have a significant amount of info now.

I called this company because I had injured my foot and needed telemedicine. They prescribed medication and it was only a few tablets which didn’t cure my issue and on top of that I never spoke to a doctor. They are HORRIBLE! Do not use this service, you will 100% regret it!

Save your money and go to urgent care. They are a scam. I've been waiting three days for antibiotic prescription for a skin infection. All you get is someone who answers the phone. They tell you a Dr. will call you back. All I got was several txt messages asking for more information. They are rude and will not connect you with a real Dr. They just give you the run around. I thought this would be fast and helpful. It's a con.

Spoke to a doctor via text they didnt even give a name just said SHN. Doctor Didnt ask me any underlined questions about my health, did not provide helpful feed back, then they told me they going to put me on a list that i didnt request, and release my medical information without my concent. The worst doctor service Ever. Danger Be very cautious. Danger worst Company Ever / Horrable Doctors with thier own agenda, looking to hurt you Not help!!!!
