This place is a scam. Don’t waste your time. They lie on their website about the process of how it works so you sign up. The web interface is none existent and you can’t do anything like see appointment times and make appointments, view doctors ect. All things they claim you can do by signing up for free. You can’t, not even after you pay either! You fill out the patient form and you think you can then do that but NO you can’t . They just say a doc will contact you in 1-4 hours, like the cable company! Their sales page say see a doctor in 15 min which was a lie. The way they describe the process on the sales page is not at all how it works when after you pay and get into your account. Even worse is the horrible customer service, they were very rude. Everything about this company was unprofessional and screams scam.

We put in 2 requests for a doctor to call and 10 hours later, we had no callbacks. Never received any response to our appointments.

This 'company' is an absolute joke. I would avoid them at all costs.

Run from this company. Do not use them no matter how cheap they are. I’ve used this company since February. It takes forever to get a response. A month ago I sent them a message get a refill on a prescription. As of today, haven’t heard back from them. It’s ridiculous. I canceled my account with them. I end up going to a local doctor and got the refill. Never again I will use them.

Easy to acces to the doctor and timely manner when replied better than make it appointment for primary care doctor. Thank you.

I received prompt response for my request. The staff is very knowledgeable and sent the perscription needed to my local pharmacy within 1 hrs of speaking with staff.

Horrible customer service. Indicated that I needed to speak with the medical department prior to dispensing. Ive been waiting 6 hours, no call. Ive called them back four times now, and they've already sent a prescription to my pharmacy, and its incorrect and incomplete. Wouldn't use again

What made my experience great is the fact that the doctor was very professional and very helpful was filling my prescription....
