I like the clarity of the calls though…how can you help?
I like the clarity of the calls though it’s a bit pricey in comparison to other providers. What protections do you have for a customer who happens to buy credit to a wrong number and would like to retrieve the money back.

Hi Irene, Last week we had indeed a lower quality due to some technical issues on the part of one of our carriers. But the quality is back to normal now. Whenever you encounter problematic calls, please star rate that call to adjust your routing. The feature is available in your account, under the Activity tab. Thank you for your understanding!

Since you're using the app, please take into account that the quality of the calls, when using the app, relies on your WiFi or cellular data Internet connection and device settings as well. Make sure: -you have the latest app version installed on your device. -you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers. I have had only a few mishaps in the…
I have had only a few mishaps in the past but they seem to have corrected all of them and now i have no problem with sending top ups to people.

Quality of calls excellent but not through keep calling app
Your app is not working. You can't call from the app or recharge directly. The quality of the calls are awesome. But now i have to call the old way,using an access number.

The app does not work properly if Internet is slow, since it cannot connect you to our servers. -Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. If not, please delete it and reinstall it for free. -Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. Please tell us how it works!

Way too expensive
Way too expensive! Telephone Kenya has changed in the last years. When I first signed up for Telephone Kenya I was able to talk for an hour with only 5 dollars. Now I’m paying close to 20 dollars for an hour of speaking! Don’t waste your money, I think Boss revolution is worth more for your money. I will try them as my whole family made the switch and they have nothing but good reviews.
