The calls are clear but sms still says…
The calls are clear but sms still says pending always. Work on the SmS feature.

Hi Charles, Thank you for your review. We've checked your account and could see that all texts were sent. Please consider the major factors influencing the reception of the SMS. In case the number you are sending the SMS to is switched off or out of coverage area or on a location with a weak signal, the SMS will stay on "pending" status until the other party switches on the number or gets to a location with a strong signal.

Not customer oriented...only care about money
I made a numerical error while making a recharge. When i called to stop the transaction they never cared to ask which correct number i intended to recharge..they could have asked airtel to foward the money to the correct number..instead i was told transaction was final. I was angry..

Please note that once you complete payment on the website, the credit is sent immediately to the number chosen and it cannot be retrieved or forwarded.
