The only thing that prevents me from…
The only thing that prevents me from giving a five star is the fact that I always have to manually enter the number that I need to call. This is not fair at all

Hi, Nice to be able to connect with you! Good news, you can do that! There's a FREE feature in your account called Speed Dialling that helps you skip that stage (entering the full number). Log into your online account and look for Speed Dialing. Assign a phone number to a digit easily and add a name to identify it. You can set up several numbers, no worries. Next time you make a call, just tap the digit assigned. Hope it helps!

Superfast top-up
Yesterday, I topped-up a phone in Kenya from my laptop in the UK. Before I'd even had a chance to send an SMS text from my cell-phone to Kenya to say I'd done it, I had a thank-you, by SMS text, back from Kenya. This was even before the bank texted me to say there'd been this transaction on my account and "Was it for real ?". Such a speedy top-up service - great

Suspicious rates, balance runs out very quickly
The balance in this platform runs out curiously fast. I loaded my card yesterday, made two brief calls and the balance is gone. Makes no sense frankly.
