Hi Divine, The rates reflect the costs on the global market. These costs affect all international calling operators. Unlike many, we have NO FEES (no connection or maintenance fees, etc), calling credit carries on from month to month for the Voice service, the routes are high quality (no comprise on this), and you get: -Regular offers by email (if you're subscribed). -Thank You points (loyalty points) for your purchases. You've collected 444 so far, and when you get to 1000 you can convert them into $10 Voice Credit for free calls. The option is available in your account, My Information tab. The app continues to drop calls…
The app continues to drop calls unexpectedly even when there is great wifii. This is happening so often, and the off line calling option is not readily available. I used to love this company but it’s getting more and more frustrating. When the calls connect through the clarity surpasses all other companies I have used before, so do something to the call dropping!
