Great at its Job
This phone does what its designed to do quite well. It minimizes distractions and helps you focus on real; important matters. Very glad it exists! Some minor UI bugs persist, but I understand this stuff isn't simple. Initial setup was rather bothersome, but is eventually ironed out - the phone cannot use E-sims, I found out.

Perfect fit for my needs
Perfect fit for my needs, has 2 way authentication, navigation, a way to listen to music and blocks all of the distractions. This is what a phone was meant to be, which is a tool and not a thief of your time.

Phone set up was a breeze
Phone set up was a breeze, love the concept of the phone. I use it for work and it's a perfect utility phone. With just enough functional apps, but none of the social media/shopping apps. Perfect mix, a big upgrade over Gabb phone I was using.

Need more "tools"
I still don't have access to my online banking... DuPont community credit union. Please consider offering actual restaurants' apps as door dash charges more for using their app even for pickup!!!

I ended up canceling everything within 2 hours.
Technical documents and FAQs don't match reality, customer service is professional but not really able to help. Initial set up of service and phone is cumbersome and off-putting. I ended up canceling everything within 2 hours. Don't be mistaken, this is just a normal smartphone on a normal carrier line, with just an OS overlay that prevents you from accessing regular features. Concept is great, delivery is poor.

You Really Won't Regret It
They provided professional and prompt customer service when I had a question about my account. The phone itself is great, with a great camera, and I can use apps that other dumb phones just don't have (Hello, weather!). There are some little glitches here and there, but the phone does its job, and I find myself rarely going to pick it up! I am so grateful to have found Wisephone!

Excellent Customer Support

Overall Good
Overall, it works just as well as my smartphone with a major carrier. Not having wifi calling/texting has caused some difficulties.
