Yalani was very helpful in getting the phone set up. I had to call Tex support a few times before I got a call back. Otherwise we have liked the wisephone for our kids phones.

I am very grateful for the patience shown by the Techless employees as I had to call several times regarding an ongoing issue, which is now resolved. All the people I spoke with were very kind and helpful.

Tina, my Customer Service representative was great and helpful! Setting up a secondhand wisephone was a bit of hassle, as I had to buy a new sim card, but didn't know that until I was able to get connected with their customer service, which is only open during business hours, which made it hard for me to get connected with them. Once I did, and once I had the new sim card, the problems were resolved quite easily.

It took a bit of time to setup, but Tina was very patient walking me through the set up of my new phone and we got it done.

Getting through to an agent is very hard as you are queued up and you have to wait for a return call. Once you do get through to an agent when they call you back during normal 8 to 5 business hours (?) the service is quite good. I had "Zazi" assist me and teach me and lead me through my problems. He was very helpful.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand how frustrating it can feel to wait in a callback queue, especially when you are hoping to speak with someone right away. Accessibility matters, and we recognize that limited business hours and delayed connections can create inconvenience. That said, we are very glad to hear that once you were connected, the experience itself was positive. Zazi takes pride in guiding customers step by step, ensuring they understand not just the fix, but how to confidently use their device moving forward. It is encouraging to know he provided the clarity and support you needed. Your comments about availability are important to us as we continue evaluating how to improve responsiveness while maintaining quality support. We appreciate you taking the time to share both sides of your experience.

This phone is exactly what I needed that's between the 2 extremes of being addicted to your cell phone and going phoneless. I've done both. After being addicted to my smartphone, I ditched it for a couple years and went phoneless because I could see how much control my phone had over my attention and my time. While phoneless, it was really annoying to the people around me when I asked to borrow their phone to make a call. It was also a struggle at times to navigate new places as I would go the old fashioned way of printing out directions. And I had no way to call if I had an emergency and nobody was around. I compromised and went with a Wise Phone II a little over a year ago, which has been perfect for me. It makes calls/texts, takes photos, has a calendar, calculator, flashlight, and has navigation apps like Waze. There are also other simple apps you can use but most of the time stealing apps are not approved for download. The service has also been great. The only downside is that if you really need an app, they are not currently taking suggestions to add to the tool drawer. I ran into this problem when I wanted an app to communicate with family on a cruise I went on and an app for a CGM monitor (stelo). It was inconvenient but I found another way. I'd rather have it this way than them flood the app "store" with mind-numbing junk and apps that sell your personal info.
