Dear Cheryl, Thank you for your review. We are genuinely sorry that the Dollhouse you purchased from Walmart wasn't in good condition and ruin your Christmas gift plan. We can feel your frustration and try our best to fulfill your request within a day. Although this product sold from Walmart exclusively, and we don't have all the parts in stock. We managed to get it from another warehouse and expedite the shipment for you. Considering this is still an ongoing case and rest assured, we will help you fix the problem.
