Teamson is a great company to deal with. They are very responsive. We got the tiered fountain and it was delivered on the day promised. It's a great addition to our back yard.

I purchased a water fountain on Amazon. There are mesh screens covering the bowls to prevent twigs, leaves, etc from entering them. I had one of the screens break. Customer service was very responsive and found replacement parts for me, free of charge. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

I purchased a fountain with lights. After about 6 weeks , one of the LEDs went out. I contacted Teamson and was surprised and delighted by their prompt positive corrective action. A new LED was dispatched and installed promptly. One week later another LED went out, contacted Teamson, explained situation and they sent out a complete set of 3 lights. No problems, no hassle, just making it right when things go wrong. Excellent!

Ordered the cute little kids kitchen for my grandson. It arrived very quickly and my daughter said it was very easy to build. It’s the cutest little kitchen ever and very well made. Happy with my purchase

teamson was quick, efficient, kind and helpful and pleasant to work with! i explained i had accidentally broken the top to our new garden fountain and they graciously are replacing it free of charge. i would recommend this company with a “10”! and will purchase from them again in the future!

Amazing service and great people)!

I bought a red urn-style fountain with LED lights. It worked well at first, but stopped working at all within 2 weeks. Teamson customer service was very responsive to my disappointment with their product and sent me a replacement pump. All was well - for about 2 weeks. Again, Customer service decided to send me a new pump, different part number, since the originals were apparently defective. They invited me to let them know if I have any other problems with their product.
