I purchased this fountain first at Lowe's and the tank leaked, so I sent it back. Ordered directly from Teamson and it too had a leak, but in one of the bowls. Had to put a sealant on it. So far, so good. Time will tell.

I received an answer from this company within 24 hours as I recall, it was certainly a reasonable length of time. Unfortunately, I did not answer my question. I was asking whether the birdbath made of glass was tempered glass. We live in a forest and deer an other large mammals drink from the birdbaths. I was concerned whether there was danger to larger mammals in case they tipped over the birdbaths and the glass broke. Shards are much more damaging than tempered glass. This is the answer I received. "After confirming with our product team, we’d like to clarify that the glass used in our birdbath products is annealed glass, not tempered glass. Annealed glass is durable and weather-resistant for outdoor use, but it is not as impact-resistant as tempered glass." After looking the definition up of annealed glass versus tempered glass. This is the AI definition for both: In general, heat treated or tempered glass is four times stronger than annealed glass. Tempered glass cannot be drilled or cut without shattering. All fabrication needs to be done while the glass is in the softer, annealed condition. Annealed glass can be cut, drilled, notched and edge finished. Tempering is only done once the shaping and fabrication is complete. Bottom line, who knows?

Through the process of delivery. My package was severely damaged. So much so my fountain was exposed and crushed/crumbled through the plastic with missing parts and stereo foam was broken up throughout the package (seeping out). Nevertheless, Teamson was quick to provide a refund and unfortunately my new spa won’t have a fountain on the day of my grand opening. This experience was not Teamsons fault UPS came to pick up the damage package the very next day. My camera picked up the damaged box being placed at my front door positioned to hide the huge whole. Again, I would definitely purchase from them again. It was not their fault shipping was quick.

We ordered a grey sofa, but received a white one. Otherwise, the speed of delivery and quality of the doll furniture was good.

Decent "wood" in your cabinet, but the cam bolt "screws" and other connecting components (e.g., dowels) are second rate. I have bought other assembly furniture with higher quality components. Also, the wooden slots for the drawers (rather than all-metal components) is not ideal. I would rather spend more and have a higher quality cabinet.

the light socket broke and the light shade is not supported properly. The quality is less than expected

The reply to question was answered quickly but I still don’t know when my package will deliver. I know everyone uses Covid as a reason but I get packages from UPS and Fedex from other suppliers at least within a week of them receiving order. Receiving order should be within 2 weeks of supplier receiving.

I bought a bathroom cabinet via BedBathBeyond. We received the product and everything was good except for the cabinet door was cracked. I emailed the Teamson team and they were quick to respond to get a new cabinet door out to us. Their customer service was great. However, the new door we received was also damaged (but not as bad as the first). We did not request another door but relayed the info back to them. I would recommend Teamson products but encourage consumers to verify the integrity of the product before using it.
