I was able to locate your case in the system and noticed that our customer service representative closed your inquiry by accident while she was trying to escalate your case to our support team. Concerning your parts request, we are genuinely sorry about the short of the required parts recently as we are working on restocking recently. However, the logistic schedule was delayed due to unforeseen issues. Upon checking your order was fulfilled by Amazon directly, they would be the ones who can assist you to process either an exchange or refund your order. We still keep your part request in our backorder and fortunately, we managed to get the limited parts that you required.
