Amazing customer service skills! I had ordered a product from Amazon and the mirror came defective. They responded immediately to my email and shipped a new mirror in time for Christmas morning so we didn't have to take the entire product apart and return to Amazon. Also, the little make up stand is absolutely adorable!

I was working on assembling my daughters play kitchen when I realized there was trouble with one of the screws. I reached out to customer service and not only were they immediate with their response, they offered to ship new parts free of charge! I just looked at the shipping and they sent it immediately! Customer service was amazing and truly a great product overall! Thank you teamson!

Needed specialized pump for a fountain. Couldn't locate anywhere. Emailed Teamson, who made the fountain and they said they would try and locate one. Emailed me back they located one and I could pay thru PayPal. Reasonable price including shipping. Correct pump, wife is happy again. Good job Teamson!!

Customer service member was so amazingly polite and understanding to my needs. They reached out to other members and followed up with them to try to resolve my inquiry.

This company went over & above to accommodate a small request that was not so profitable for them. A multi-generational company started in a garage with a dream. Below is my story: I found a near mint condition Teamson College Dollhouse clearing out an estate, except it was missing the hardware. I checked the Teamson website and it appeared they no longer made this design, it was with little hope I contacted customer service to see if there was a way to order them. I was shocked Sylvia from CS asked to send a picture of the house with the parts circled I needed on the manual. She went to parts, found what I needed a created an easy pay invoice for me. For $30 my granddaughter will have a lovely surprise under the tree!

Amazing customer service! A relative bought a stroller from Amazon for my daughter and this past year she broke off a wheel. This team was quick to respond to my request for a new part, and made sure I was kept informed of how the process was moving along. Then I was sent two brand new wheels when I only expected one! Very impressed by this company.

I'm giving this rating because of the exceptional customer service I received. I ordered a cabinet through Amazon which was missing a whole carton, Amazon was no help, I contacted Hakan at Teamson and he/she was amazing at correcting my problem. Thank you for the great service. Cindy

I ordered an item that was missing a small part and Sylvia from their customer service department made sure I received a replacement. She also kept me informed and provided me with the necessary updates along the way.
