Beautiful toy, excellent quality, my daughter loves playing with the toaster! Customer service was wonderful when the toaster was missing one of the pieces of toast, they sent another right away.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure my daughters Christmas present was perfect. It showed up with a damaged part but they just replaced it with no issues and shipped it out fast. True customer service. Thank you guys.

I ordered a sideboard and two of the hinges on one side of the cabinet door were broken. Teamsom customer service addressed my concern right away and sent me replacement hinges which were delivered quickly. They are great!

I ordered a fountain and it arrived without the pump. I contacted the company and they quickly and without pushback responded and shipped me a pump. They were extremely quick with their responses too.

I received the St. James Cabinet as a gift. It was void of Instructions and hardware. I emailed Customer Service and reiterated his information. Their response was "Please forward a copy of the receipt and a photo of the damages" They MUST be morons@ What part of my "It was a gift" don't they understand? Also please inform on how to take a photo of items that don't exist? My initial email was on 2/9 and still no resolution. File#146332. I'm ready to take this to the Better Business Bureau.

Beautiful play kitchen. Our toddler LOVES it (18 months). Just as nice as some far more expensive options only this one has an ice machine! Our model did come with a broken piece of the ice machine, but Teamson customer service took care of us immediately via email. Very happy we went with this kitchen!

I purchased a Teamson kitchen from a retailer and it was missing all the accessories. I reached out to the Teamson team and they were so helpful and able to send me all the missing parts pretty quickly! I now have a happy son who is beyond obsessed with his new play kitchen, complete with all the pots/ pans/ spatulas/ salt and pepper shaker and the cutest ice cubes for the ice dispenser!
