We absolutely love the grocery store we bought for our daughter, but there was one piece that didn't correctly. The Teamson customer service was fantastic and shipped us a new one right away! Five stars for great products & service!

Teamson saved the day for a most embarrassing situation I had with an online store (Maisonette), that I had bought as a gift, a Princess Vanity. Well the gift arrived for my friend’s one year old granddaughter, but they decided not to open the box, as it needed assembling, and she was just one, maybe too young for the vanity. Fast forward a year, my friends opened the box to set up the vanity for their now 2+ year old and there were several missing parts, like legs and an important shelf and support parts. I reached out to the store I had bought it from, Maisonette, and they gave me the run around with no resolve. I reached out to Teamson, knowing it was is the actual vender. They immediately began to investigate and took care of it and are shipping me the missing parts. This is what good team work and customer care looks like. Unlike the actual store I bought it from. Teamson was communicative and responsive the entire time. Problem solved! Thank you Teamson for getting this handled for me, it is so very appreciated!

I received a Teamson lamp as a gift. There was some damage (dings and scratches) on the shade. I'm guessing from shipping. I contacted Teamson customer service, and they immediately shipped me a new one. I was very pleased with the fast response rate, no hassle approach and how quickly I received the replacement. Top notch customer service and the lamp is lovely! It's not often you find a company like this one! Thank you!
