Delivered quickly, very easy to assemble and looksgreat!

I ordered the Olivia's Little World Baby Doll Bed with accessories for my granddaughter's birthday. When I received it, I checked to make sure all the parts were included, and found that 2 of the accessories were missing from the box. I emailed Teamson and they responded very quickly! They said they would send the missing parts as soon as they could, as they knew I needed them by my granddaughter's birthday party. The parts came in a couple days, much earlier than expected! I can't wait to surprise my granddaughter with this adorable baby doll furniture!! She's going to love it!! Teamson Customer Care was extremely helpful, and they truly care about their service, doing their best to make their customer happy. I would definitely order again from them, and also highly recommend them to others. Thank you again, Teamson!!

Accurate details and descriptions. Fountain is well made and was easy to put together. It looks great in our garden.

Sylvia is the best! Helped me with an issue I was having and Responded very fast and they were very helpful! :)

the light socket broke and the light shade is not supported properly. The quality is less than expected

I was first drawn to the design of the fountain. I wanted one that was tall enough to watch the birds on my deck & only 2 tiered to reduce the amount of splashing so I wouldn't have to refill it so often. I read the customer reviews & decided to order because this was half the price that Home Depot offered. I was pleased how quickly I received the item and also the quality once I assembled it.

What a lovely party dress for my great granddaughter’s Madame Alexander baby doll, which she loves!

The customer service to spot on!! I was needing a replacement pump and they were so helpful, quick to respond. I am a customer for life!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
