We received a baby doll changing table as a gift and the hardware was missing. I contacted Teamson and they sent me new parts for free within a week. Their customer service was excellent and I could not recommend them more! My kids love their toy and it is nice quality!

The product is beautiful, but I searched for a solar-powered fountain and it was advertised as one. When it arrived, it was electric. I’m disappointed with that, but everything else is beautiful.

The Teamson customer care group is awesome! They were very responsive to my issue! Honestly, I contacted them to find out what I could do to resolve the problem I was having, and they immediately sent me a new part. They also sent me a pdf of the manual when I couldn't find mine in order to reinstall part. A linen tower I purchased arrived with 2 broken panels. I emailed photos of the damaged parts to Teamson and later that day I received an email stating they would check their warehouse for the parts and get back to me. Within a few days I received the replacement parts.
