Just booked a two way flight from LA to NY And the booking process was easy - tickets arrived approx within two hours to my email. Was able to confirm the tickets on the airlines website and this saved me $150 easy. There were so many bad reviews so had to come here and say that it actually worked very well and easy.

After purchasing the air tickets, I had to consider canceling the flight due to health reasons . Looking at my email there was a “refund” button , upon pressing the button it says that I successfully submitted request for refund of S$866 and I just have to wait for approval . Few hours later I got an email saying my refund was successful and they will refund me $136. I was not asked if I would like to proceed with the refund and they simply refunded $136. My tickets were $866. This company is dishonest in this manner as other platforms will inform us if we have to pay a penalty or refund is not full. Teaflight refused to address the problem. All I am asking for is at least reinstate my tickets. If I was warned beforehand I wouldn’t have refunded.

Scam! I have purchased 5 round-trip tickets for a total of 1410usd to fly from LAX to SEA Tacoma on May 31, 2026 and received booking confirmation email from Teaflight on the same day. However, when we try to check in the online on the night of Jun 1, 2 out of the 5 tickets could not be processed. On the morning of Jun 2, upon arriving at the Alaska Airline counter, we were notified that those 2 tickets had been cancelled. Left with no other choice, we had to repurchase another 2 new one-way tickets at spot, costing another 796usd. To make matter worse, the gate staff told us the cancelled tickets still appear ed at their system, meaning there was a duplicate booking. We the sought help from guest services at SEA airport, they discovered that Teaflight unliterally cancelled our 2 round-trip tickets. This means we will also need to repurchase our return tickets, costing us yet ANOTHER 796usd? The guest services staff even mentioned that these kind of cases happen everyday with customers purchasing from Teaflight.

We have booked a flight, payment went through and suddenly I’ve received an email that issuing ticket has failed and refund will take 3 days. Without any reason. They made a business by having our money at their bank account without service.

Bought ticket through this (via skyscanner) and only to realise the ticket cancelled when I reach airport. Told that it has been changed to a later flight. All flight changes communication went to a dubious number/ email that is not even mine. This third party site should be banned from skyscanner!

They greatly handle the problems. Although they takes times but they will solved it. I greatly recommend.

Booked a Qantas flight (QF flight number) through TeaFlight, but they issued a Jetstar ticket codeshare - scalped the difference, and meant I didn't get my usual Qantas perks.
