Don't let their "Trust Score" fool you because there is no trust. Excellent with no customer support or service. Expect website glitches, payment errors, and an incredibly slow escalation process. I tried booking a flight yesterday, but the site repeatedly failed to process my payment. When the booking finally went through, the dates had shifted—likely caused by the system constantly forcing me to reattempt payment. At the airport, I discovered the error. The cost to change the ticket was more than the flight itself, and the platform's app completely blocks waiver or refund requests unless you select "I changed my mind." My bank is willing to issue a chargeback, but the company is stalling on providing the required authorization form, telling me to "be patient." Save yourself the nightmare and book elsewhere.

Zero stars. Website is a scam! I foolishly purchased a flight through this third party agency so I can see my family back in California after my dad passed away. Only to find out my flight never existed and they canceled it on their end to keep the money. Do yourself a favor and just purchase directly through the airline to avoid the trouble of online scammers because they don’t give a damn about you only your money. So NO don’t purchase from TEAFLIGHT. Learn from my mistake!

SCAMMERS!! If you book through this horrible agency, make sure you use your credit card since you WILL need to the dispute the charge later due to fraud/getting scammed. My only saving grace here was the fact that I got my money back through my credit card company. This agency issued me a reservation w/ Alaska airlines within 24hrs of purchase. BUT, they used unauthorized mileage points from an account to get my tickets and thus the airline did not actually issue these tickets sinf they were reported as fraudulent charges. Imagine my surprise when I got to my gate and my “boarding pass” seemed to be missing a ticket attached to it :). I seriously cannot believe this f****ing agency is still up and running, considering they’re complete scammers.

If i could I would not even give any stars. They sold a ticket without actually securing a seat and even less than a day to say that there are no seats. Stupid and bloody useless. Please dont use them a bloody waste of time.

Don’t use teaflight. I’ve booked a ticket with them and had to cancel it an hour later. Asked for refund and they said they couldn’t do refunds. And when I went to sign in I no longer had an account. This place is a scam.

Book roundtrip tickets from JFK to Tampa, upon reaching the airport for my return flight, jetblue rep told us the tickets where purchased with points from an unauthorized account, and there fore they are not valid. this company is committing fraud, I gave jetblue all the info and had to repurchase my tickets for another flight.

my 1st time experince purchased air ticket from tea flight. my name Mr Soh Tan Seng ,1 of u key in only Soh Tan to MAS . My order no 334495836483. Causes my air ticket terminated upon check in. i'm a frequent flyer.I always key in my name and particular correctly. I need to change my name that caused me RM 380.00.How can you make such a mistake.
