Ridiculous amount of time wasted communicating with tealight customer service in regards to my flight. Very confusing information provided by their team. Spent various amount of time when adding options to my flight. If you are booking just the flight itself with no other additional option, it does work. However when adding other options such as seats, baggage, and etc... I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company as you will be stressed throughout the process. Only pros with booking with teaflight is that they answer their phone ASAP when calling customer service.

Checking in was very worrying, because for some reason TeaFlight had asked for my full name (including middle names) when booking. Then when I went to check in with the airline, it didn’t work until I added my middle names (which I’ve never had to do before). I nearly missed my flight. I also never received another email after my initial ticket. No reminders or anything leading up to the date. It made me concerned it was a scam, despite it being okay in the end. I recommend better customer communication and clearer expectations of what name to use.

bought a ticket and then told 3 days later it was not available, leaving me to scramble for a new one, to their credit the customer service after this was good, and refund provided within 24hrs.

so i booked my ticket on july 8th 2026 on this site which i came across thru skyscanner ..i only paid just cause it didnt ask me for allllll my details like the other sites ( which 80% of the time after i do all the typing ..sites deceivingly say price increased ) ..so I just said the hell with it lets pay...payment went through instantly but just as instantly it hit me that I didnt receive any confirmation email and the congrats page says it takes 24 hours to confirm . I panicked( my flihgt was in 10 hrs) and even made a complaint to my bank ..as this sites cc number was not going through......anyway long story short suprisingly the ticket DID get issued 4 hours later and i got a whatsapp direclty from the airline and teaflight even called me to check if everything was ok.. so if you are in my position of that night now . just distract yourself for a few hours and then check directly with the airline using your last name first. it will go through from my experience ..

Shocking follow up once you book. I booked and didn't get confirmation. I rang. Got confirmation for the outbound, not the return. I rang again. Got confirmation for my return, not my husband's. They said give them 24 hours. So I made 1 booking and have 3 different airline codes for the one booking. They are a shambles.
