Hello, I flew return Brisbane to Melbourne with a quick stop in Sydney on my return. I contacted customer support explaining I have cerebral palsy and can't walk fast to get to my connecting flight in Sydney. They were most helpful and understanding. They organised and confirmed wheelchair assistance. I received my boarding passes immediately once completing my online check in. My flights were on time and arrived early. Wonderful experience.

I booked a flight in August 25, It was listed in skyscanner as cheap price other OTA has increased price, I thouhgt I would be not reciving the ticket but few 30-40 min later I got my booking confirmation. I hope they bring a gift card options like trip com so that people with limited card restriction like Bangladesh have 300$ card payment limit in single transaction.

At first, I was skeptical about how cheap the flight fare was compared to other third-party websites and the official airline website. I booked my domestic flight from Haneda (HND) to Sapporo (CTS) for only **US$98 instead of US$400+** on the Japan Airlines website, and this was less than 24 hours before my departure! There were also no additional taxes or fuel surcharges when booking through Teaflight. After payment, I received an email from Teaflight saying that the ticket would be issued within 16 hours. After waiting about 10 hours, I received my e-ticket confirmation number and was able to check in online without any issues. **In summary:** * 100% LEGIT * You might get the best deals just a day before your trip * No additional tax or fuel surcharge * The downside is that you have to wait for your ticket to be issued. In my case, I had to wait around 10 hours.
