I had a problem with my flight booking because of a system error on TeaFlight’s side. The wrong flight was booked, so I contacted their customer service. The process was a little frustrating because I did not get a clear answer about when the new ticket would be issued. I was told that they were still working on it, but there was no exact time. However, their Travel Protection service really worked in my case. They arranged a new flight for me with no extra cost. The ticket was actually issued the day before, but I did not receive an email about it. I only found out after I contacted them myself the next day. I was also very happy with their Korean customer service. A kind female staff member spoke Korean with me and clearly explained everything. She was very helpful and friendly. Because of this experience, I would use TeaFlight again. Even though there was a system error and the wrong flight was booked, TeaFlight did not simply change the flight time. They gave me a better and more expensive airline at no extra cost.

At first, I was skeptical about how cheap the flight fare was compared to other third-party websites and the official airline website. I booked my domestic flight from Haneda (HND) to Sapporo (CTS) for only **US$98 instead of US$400+** on the Japan Airlines website, and this was less than 24 hours before my departure! There were also no additional taxes or fuel surcharges when booking through Teaflight. After payment, I received an email from Teaflight saying that the ticket would be issued within 16 hours. After waiting about 10 hours, I received my e-ticket confirmation number and was able to check in online without any issues. **In summary:** * 100% LEGIT * You might get the best deals just a day before your trip * No additional tax or fuel surcharge * The downside is that you have to wait for your ticket to be issued. In my case, I had to wait around 10 hours.

Zero stars. Website is a scam! I foolishly purchased a flight through this third party agency so I can see my family back in California after my dad passed away. Only to find out my flight never existed and they canceled it on their end to keep the money. Do yourself a favor and just purchase directly through the airline to avoid the trouble of online scammers because they don’t give a damn about you only your money. So NO don’t purchase from TEAFLIGHT. Learn from my mistake!

I appreciated how quickly the website loaded compared to other OTA platforms. It made comparing flights and schedules much less frustrating.

A very good experience, despite comments from people who don't know how to manage with 3 numbers. I'm sorry, but I've only flown four times in my life. Once you have the ticket number, you just need to enter it into the relevant airline's system, using the information provided.No problem, thank you for the great price!

bought a ticket and then told 3 days later it was not available, leaving me to scramble for a new one, to their credit the customer service after this was good, and refund provided within 24hrs.

so i booked my ticket on july 8th 2026 on this site which i came across thru skyscanner ..i only paid just cause it didnt ask me for allllll my details like the other sites ( which 80% of the time after i do all the typing ..sites deceivingly say price increased ) ..so I just said the hell with it lets pay...payment went through instantly but just as instantly it hit me that I didnt receive any confirmation email and the congrats page says it takes 24 hours to confirm . I panicked( my flihgt was in 10 hrs) and even made a complaint to my bank ..as this sites cc number was not going through......anyway long story short suprisingly the ticket DID get issued 4 hours later and i got a whatsapp direclty from the airline and teaflight even called me to check if everything was ok.. so if you are in my position of that night now . just distract yourself for a few hours and then check directly with the airline using your last name first. it will go through from my experience ..

SCAMMERS!! If you book through this horrible agency, make sure you use your credit card since you WILL need to the dispute the charge later due to fraud/getting scammed. My only saving grace here was the fact that I got my money back through my credit card company. This agency issued me a reservation w/ Alaska airlines within 24hrs of purchase. BUT, they used unauthorized mileage points from an account to get my tickets and thus the airline did not actually issue these tickets sinf they were reported as fraudulent charges. Imagine my surprise when I got to my gate and my “boarding pass” seemed to be missing a ticket attached to it :). I seriously cannot believe this f****ing agency is still up and running, considering they’re complete scammers.
