Ordered limited edition vinyl. Didn't receive within 2 weeks of release date. Followed up 3 times, each time I was fobbed off "we're investigating your order". Then automated response saying it was undeliverable despite valid post code etc. AVOID AVOID. Bunch of scammers with no stock. Never again, useless company with zero customer service skills.

No merchandise despite being given an expected shipping date. The order just sits there doing nothing. Guess it's another rich artist who doesn't care about her fans. Bought for a birthday present...is now a month after the birthday

Purchased the Midnights vinyl record and it skips in the Lavander Haze. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard from anyone yet and I’ve sent multiple emails.

Same as the previous two entries… the several vinyl LP’s that I have preordered fast and furiously upon their immediate announcing are simply showing as a label printed on 10/20/2022 with no USPS movement! I am writing this on 10/29/2022! Customer service emails are never responded to and I have sent dozens! It’s so sad that it’s come to this, but I’m no longer going to support Swift, as I am done chasing all of this craziness when trying to collect. She’s simply too big and her online store doesn’t have the workforce to get the product out by keeping up with the volume.

Same as the previous review. Pre-ordered and PAID for the new Midnights album (which by now I could just go get at any store WITHOUT the extra for shipping). A week later it's yet to be shipped. Was given a tracking number that simply says the label was created and has said that for the past 9 days. Contacted customer service and receive no response other than asking for my order number. I'm disputing this with my credit card - who has time for this? I'm also regretting the purchase I made after that for a sweatshirt. Betting that takes MONTHS to receive...if ever. Shocked that Taylor has an extension of her brand operating like this. Not a good look.

pre-ordered and of course pre-paid album already on the shelves at Target but ours is yet to be shipped. fulfillment complaint says "it's on its way" tho' their own and usps tracking both say "label made" nothing received by usps.

So i ordered the signed midnights vinyl, which went off sale the next day. Then i got refunded about it on my credit card 2 days later and i was so confused, then i checked the order status on the website, and it was rejected, but they had not contacted me about the cancellation of the order. I emailed them and its due to my address (which is a uni accom that i moved into 1 month ago) being used before, and it doesnt allow different accounts. Despite it being cancelled after it was brought off sale, so they should not have sold the spare product, they are refusing to sell me the product if i provide a different address. I think this is very unfair personally, as i really want this vinyl, and it got cancelled due to no fault of my own, and i probablys wont be able to order anything off her official website ever and as a swiftie that is heartbreaking.

Paid for merchandise that took months to actually ship from taylorswift.com. Once shipped, according to current FedEx tracking records, never was delivered to my residence. Customer service says it’s past their 60 day policy, so they will not do anything. FedEx will not allow me to file a claim and says that taylorswift.com. would have to do it. This is theft. I will no longer purchase anything from this site. Taylorswift.com will take your money, but won’t guarantee you’ll actually receive your product. Buyers beware. Follow Up: Filed a report with Better Business Bureau. Now, I’ve received a full refund.
