My sister ordered the willow snow glove for me at Christmas time and I was so excited to receive it. I waited a couple months as previous orders have sometimes taken up to five months to arrive. I checked the shipping to see it was marked as delivered only that i never received it. I tried to reach out to customer service who had been helpful in the past but this time was told that since it had been 60 days since it was shipped they couldn’t help. This is despite the fact I was never informed of it being shipped or delivered. I have had to chase up with delivery companies myself only to find they delivered the package to the wrong address where it was them stolen from. I am devastated by this and angry that my sister has lost $125 usd for items that I will never receive and that cannot be replaced. As much as I love and adore Taylor this experience has made me reluctant to purchase from the sight ever again and I’ve already strongly recommend against it to many friends and family.

DO NOT BUY. I want to start off saying I’m a huge Taylor fan. 5 months ago I purchased some items from Taylor Nation, knowing they are very slow to ship. Today I reached out asking for any update on my order. I was informed that it has shipped over 60 days ago and that they could not help me or speak to me. I have never received a shipping notification so this was a surprise to me. I clicked on the shipping number and it says “I’m progress”. They refuse to help me with anything. I highly do not recommend buying.

I waited almost 6 months for a journal and sweater! It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. They take your money but don’t have the items in stock. My daughter loves Taylor Swift but I will never order here again. They say it’s processed but it doesn’t show up at the shipping site. This is the worst company I have used and they will never get money from me again. I have seen so many complaints!!! Do not use them!

Awfu, awful site. Please don’t buy from this site they will provide fake tracking numbers that never work & you will never receive your order. Honestly don’t waste your time & money.

I'm a huge TS fan as is my niece. When Folklore dropped I immediately ordered merch for her. Some of it shipped but the Folklore CD did not. I ordered it the day of release in 2020. It is now February of 2022 and it has not shipped. I emailed the customer support team and they said that there is nothing they can do per company policy because the item has shipped. However, if you look at the tracking information, USPS has not received the package from them. I do not recommend ordering through the merch store. I hope Taylor is able to get a better merch team in the future because I want to support her, but unfortunately Universal Music does not care to serve their customers well.

Although it took a long time to receive the items after I was told they were "lost" in shipment, the customer service reps were wonderful and were able to get my items to me. The hoodie, pullover, and scarf were exactly what my daughter wanted and she loves them. Again, the customer service workers are very attentive and will do whatever is necessary to make things right.
