I'm not one to post negative reviews, BUT this is unacceptable. I ordered 3 items of clothing, $230, from the Taylor Swift website on 11/03 thinking that would be plenty of time to receive by Christmas. 4 weeks later I find out that 2 of the items were pre order and nothing would be shipped until it was all available......end of February. OK, that sucks but let me order another couple of t-shirts on 12/09 that states "ships in one week" so my 16 year old daughter has a couple of TS items to open. After inquiring on the status today, 12/18, I get a bot response stating there's been a delay in receiving the shirts and we'll let you know when there's a update. At this point I don't know who's more pathetic, me for spending over 4 bills on this website or whoever's in charge of managing it. Does Taylor Swift know how her website is being managed?

I ordered 2 Christmas presents in November from Taylor’s Swifts official store. Still haven’t received a shipping notice. I sent several emails asking for updates and received general answers. This was to be a Christmas present for Swifty fan. Now this late in the season I have search for a replacement. With all the bad reviews, I don’t know if I will order from them again. They don’t even deserve a star at all.

I ordered online the day after Thanksgiving and they took the money out of my account the next day. I never received a confirmation email and they are unresponsive to any/all emails. It is now 12/18 and I have no idea if I will ever get the items I paid for or get a refund. This is also a Christmas gift. When I go to the website, it just says "order placed". I don't know how else to contact them. WHAT A FRAUD OF A WEBSITE

I bought smth a month ago, and I still hasn’t shipped. There was one time (2 years ago) that someone I know bought something here as well. AND IT TOOK YOU 8 MONTHS TO DELIVER IT. Taylor is a large artist, and you guys suck at delivering things! Do better Someone also told me it was ‘pre-orders’ and that’s why it is taking so long. But then you should label it as pre-orders. I’m so tired of this. All we want to get is Taylor merch. And with the prices you take for the merch, you should be A LOT BETTER at shipping items to customers.

The same issue as other people. I ordered the sweatshirt early November for my granddaughter who loves Taylor Swift. The release date was 1st December and have heard nothing yet despite sending emails. Is this a scam? They don’t care and are not replying to any complaints on trustpilot. Can we get our money back?

Merch takes weeks to even ship, let alone arrive.

Sent the wrong size in a sweater for Christmas. Will not respond to emails requesting they send the correct size.

After spending a ridiculous amount of money on a tshirt for my daughter it still hasn’t been shipped 3 weeks later this was an Xmas present and it’s unlikely to arrive customer service shocking I ordered her a hoodie from Amazon which was half the price if official hoodies amazing quality and came in 4 days! I will never buy from here again!
