Do not order expecting to receive items when the website says they will ship. Ran into the same issue last year so was somewhat prepared but hopeful this year's experience would be better. There are going to be MANY MANY Disappointed fans this Christmas. I am fortunate my daughter is old enough to understand and not think Santa has let her down.

Placed an order and tried to cancel it immediately so I could order the correct item. The only option is to send an email. That was 2 days ago, and I paid for overnight shipping g, so no doubt is already sent and it will take a long time to return and get my refund. Also, on the replacement order, I paid for overnight. That was 2 days ago, and tracking shows label created by not even dropped off yet. Of course there is no one to get an answer from. The merch may be good, but not going to order from here anymore.

If I could, I would rate this site a negative number. I ordered a necklace for 35$ and it is total junk. This site is a rip off. Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered an album and CD on November 26th and received an email that it would ship within 1 week. 3.5 weeks later I keep sending emails. Every once in a while, I will get an automated BOT response saying that they are pre-ordered items and will ship when available. I have sent screenshots to prove they are not pre-orders. These were Christmas presents and I have no idea if I will EVER receive them. I will NEVER order from here again. You can't actually talk to someone about your order.

Placed an order on October 20th. I was told that my merch was not going to be shipped till December 18th. It is now December 21 and they’re ignoring my emails. It’s insane.

Ordered a tshirt for my daughter as a Christmas gift at the end of November and paid for next day delivery. It’s now 21st December and nothing has arrived. Order status still shows as confirmed. No response to multiple emails and the money was taken out of my account the day the order was placed. Terrible service and disappointed to let my daughter down at Christmas. Now struggling to work out how to get the order refunded ☹️

I made on order on 11th July 2023, fully paid 242.95 EUR and today 21st December 2023 the order did not arrived. It's the worst experience I have ever had with an online store. I didn't imagine that such a big artist could have such a bad customer experience. My daughter can't even enjoy this gift at Christmas and will be very disappointed.
