Ordered forever ago and no status updates on order. Can’t get replies from site and no phone number to call. Had paid for expedited shipping, but items haven’t even shipped yet. I guess my daughter won’t get her Christmas presents. Filed complaint with BBB and opened dispute with credit card company.

For my birthday my boyfriend ordered me a T-shirt from the store as I am a massive Swiftie. The release of the T-shirt got delayed multiple times but once it was finally delivered (In October) the print was printed on the inside of the T-shirt meaning the it could not been worn without seeing the seems and the sleeves looking not right. Not only that but the for the price payed for the T-shirt the quality did not match. There had been many emails to customer service which we did get quick replies from fortunately. The customer service was good but gave us no updates even though it had been a couple of months. They said they would email when the issue was resolved and I could get a replacement but it’s now December and there has been no update. We decided to send one more message as we just wanted a refund in the end. The person who emailed back did say we can get a refund without having to send the item back. Overall this is just not the kind of service you expect when paying that price and ordering from a big store. It was very disappointing as I haven’t had other issues with the store before, and I had previously received much better quality items. Over the past couple of years, the merch quality has gone down while the price has gone up.

Buyer caution. Not only terrible customer service, it is non-existent. Just auto-reply emails that warn you not to send follow-up replies or risk losing your place in line. That line is either millions of unsatisfied customers long or somewhere in the trash bin. The only phone number I found is a permanent busy signal. I hope Miss Swift buys herself or her boyfriend a nice gift for Christmas with my $200, because my daughters won't be getting this gift with that money in time. UPDATE: 1/9/2024 The hoodies showed up today. They are pretty nice quality from what I can see. I was a little concerned after reading other reviews. We got an email Christmas Eve telling us the cost was being refunded and that they would still send the order, which they made good on. Thank you to UMG for making things right. In the future, make sure you have the capacity to handle a larger volume of orders and work on a better, more robust customer service experience. I'm updating to 3 stars for the effort to make it right.

Wow! Wish I had read reviews before I purchased. Bought 2 items at a cost of £104 splashed out for a dear teenager who has had a tough year. Next day delivery so thought, fab 2 weeks until Christmas so plenty of time. With no dispatch notice I chased it up only to be emailed saying there is a problem with supplier and items won’t arrive until the end of January! I couldn’t reply to email so requested they call me to let me know if there is any alternative they can offer but no response yet.They are impossible to have a conversation with as no phone number and only a bot on the help option. Soooo disappointing.

We made an order on Nov 15th and never received it. We made a second purchase and paid $75 for next day shipping. We also never received it. Their customer service is a joke. There are going to be a lot of disappointed Swifties come Christmas.

No replies to emails, there’s even an auto email generated to apologise for your wait after a few days that needs you to reply to it or else it considers the issue resolved. No one to talk to, would never buy from here again. I think a chargeback is my most likely course of action

I NEVER EVER write reviews but man I’m furious!!! I placed the order beginning in November and the email said the items will be delivered by December 15th so I figured great! Before Christmas. That's all my daughter wants for xmas and so far I haven’t received anything!! I have been sending emails and nothing! This is so unprofessional! They are misleading the customer and they dont care!!! Never ever to buy from there again, now I’m running around trying to find a replacement!!!!

This woman/girl walks around preaching how much she cares about her fans and yet allows these young people to spend ALL of their money on her crap that they don't even deliver. Somehow in 2023 you place an order and 7 weeks later it still is not shipped BUT they TAKE hundreds of dollars out of your account the day you place an order. When you email you get "they are looking into it and it will take longer if you send a second request". What a load of crap - I will never purchase any of her products or support her in any way ever! She is a fake liar and only out to steal people's money!
