Awful. I mean truly awful. Ordered T Swift merch on 26/10/23 and paid next day delivery which was via DPD (also a god awful company). I received nothing until the middle of December 23, even though I emailed multiple times, I received no reply. You might say, well, at least you got your merch... Well, DPD did not deliver. That should have been on the 6th December. However a member of the public found the parcel lying on the road 10 miles from my home and handed this on to the royal mail who delivered it as a very kind good will thing. They opened it and saw it was a Christmas gift - exceptionally kind and welcome by me. So I finally received the parcel on 15th December 23. In the time in-between the scheduled official delivery date and the date it was delivered I emailed both DPD and universal and received not one reply. DPD still records to this dat that my parcel is 'held up' in their distribution centre as they have no clue that they actually lost it and universal site records they have fulfilled their order but how can they when DPD does not record it has been delivered successfully. To at insult to injury. The hoodie I bought was an extra small. It says this on the hoodie label. But the hoodie fits me easily at 6ft 2inch and 15 stone so on my 11 year old daughter it is absolutely massive and never ever an extra small. Universal merch are nothing more than robbers and why any artists would allow their 'official' merch to be sold by these extortionists is beyond me. I will continue to complain via their email as that's all you get but do not buy anything from the Taylor swift merch site. It is an absolute con. £87 wasted.

Paid a ridiculous amount of money for overnight air shipping but didn't care, it was for my daughter for Christmas. Today makes 10 days and the item hasn't even shipped yet. Emailed them, no response! Beyond angry! Hell of a business you have going there! Great service. Taylor cares so much for her fans, maybe she should be a little more involved in this. Nah just take the money! Never spend another dollar on her again.

I am only giving 1star because I cannot give any less. Pre Ordered a Christmas present for my daughter on the 28/10/23 for release on the 15/12/23 thinking I would have it in time. Limited edition, if this was the case surely they would know how many they had and it would be sent out in time. Maybe I was wrong to think this, as it is the second time that this has happened. Taylor Swift makes out that she is all for her fans, maybe she should change her merchandising suppliers as I now have a disappointed daughter At Christmas. I have no idea where my order is or when it will arrive, but the company were quite happy to take my money.

This website is the absolute worst. I ordered an item, a hoodie, beginning of the month and I emailed 3 times already, last week, I was being told that my order would be shipped within 2 days, of course nothing arrived. I could see that in US, the customer service was so poor (probably not as poor as the UK one though), customers not only got refunded but they also got their articles shipped. Universal Music is the absolute worst. How naive I was thinking that a big company would.... do its job, and silly me for not having read the reviews beforehand.

Merry Christmas taylor swift. I hope you had lovely presents under you tree because my granddaughter didn't get hers. You took my money on 13th November and havnt delivered. So much for loving your fans. I would not have given any stars

Absolutely fuming ordered Xmas presents in October. Nearly 400 worth of items. Emailed 6 times, no reply. Withheld due to pre sale item, but the email says packed and sent out within 24 hours of release. One disappointed little girl tommorrow morning.

I’ve had qualms with UMG in the past, but mainly it’s been mild annoyance that my vinlys/other merch are stuck in Ferndale before finally shipping. This year, however, is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I have four orders currently, all with merchandise that won’t arrive until the new year, which is fine. I was instructed to reply if I wanted refunds for any items, and I did so for two of them - two separate orders, one item each. That was on the 15th. I officially opened a case on the 18th, detailing that I was requesting a refund for a couple of items and that I hadn’t heard anything despite following instructions. The 21st rolls around and I get an email saying one of the items I requested a refund for has shipped, despite, again, FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS. THAT THEY GAVE ME. I stupidly sent a reply stating that this was the fourth time I was reaching out and demanding to speak to an actual person…only to read the fine print and figure out that doing so pushes my case to the back of the line. I’m sure they’re swapped with emails right now, but they’re not handling any of this professionally. Ornaments are only now being shipped - days before Christmas, mind you - and it’s apparent that offering refunds is just cursory, because I don’t think they intend to issue any. Why offer it if you don’t plan to follow through? I’m part of the problem because I’m sure I’ll be buying merch in the future, but ffs, be careful when dealing with these people. They probably wouldn’t be overwhelmed with complaints if they, you know, did their jobs in the first place.

Absolutely gutted with this website. I only asked my dad for two things this Christmas because money is tight and he saved to order me the Taylor necklace and an ornament. My parcel arrived yesterday. I received two Killers CDs both the same with the correct Taylor Swift invoice. Too late to get it resent out and now I have to go out of my way to the post office to send the CDs back. How anyone can get this so wrong is beyond me. I’ve seen hundreds of horror stories from this store which is very disappointing and will never order from here again
