Taxbit Support Follow Up 2020/21 Tax Season
Hi, This is just a follow up on the support I received regarding my preparation for the current tax season, and the complexity of my transactions regarding time stamps offsets from a wallet that I did quite a bit of exchanges on last year. First of all, I wouldn't have wanted any other tax software program to work with than Taxbit. Why? Because of the superb support I received from your technical/software reps. Specifically, Tyler, if I may suggest a name, although I receive nothing but awesome support from your other reps, they are all very prudent in their efforts to find a solution, and that is what keeps me a huge satisfied customer. Tyler went above a beyond in my opinion to find solutions for my time/stamp issues regarding one of my wallets. He kept me up to date as time progressed, and the final outcome was nothing short of outstanding. I had a little concern when the issue had been resolved regarding having to make a decision as to what direction I needed to take. Tyler put me at ease as to giving me guidance on things to consider while making the decision. Thus, I feel confident once again knowing I am in good hands should any issue or concern arise.
