I have tried a few different Crypto-Tax platforms including TaxBit last year. I was disappointed last year, as I felt like the few options I tried were providing me with an incomplete picture. That was last year. This year, I was contacted by TaxBit and learned they had added a few exchanges and support for various coins which I hold. I singed up and worked almost exclusively with Tyler. He was fantastic and by the end of it all, felt like a friend. I feel that my information is almost completely accurate and it wouldn't have been that way if I went with a different provider. I am relieved to have given the TaxBit team a second try and for them knocking it out of the park. I will highly recommend TaxBit to fellow crypto advocates in the future for their Tax needs.

I've been doing my own taxes as long as I've filed taxes. I was concerned about doing them properly, and another user in a forum I visit recommended TaxBit. It gives you a free trial to see whether or not it will work for you. I had some questions and contacted their online chat through the website. All of my questions were answered within 5 minutes. I was able to export a file compatible with TurboTax. Overall, I recommend the service. The only thing I'd like to be able to do is adjust the cost basis for a transaction. I had a couple transactions where I received crypto as payment. When I converted them into a different coin, it did not pick up the cost basis correctly from Coinbase.
