They posted an erroneous margin call to my account. I called them, they said they'd fix it because it was indeed incorrect, and a day later, it's still there! I'm working on moving my account to a different broker, but Tasty Trade charges a $75 dollar fee to transfer the account out! I'm asking them to waive the fee since they made the unforgivable mistake of posting an incorrect margin call...we'll see if they make good on that...

Marc has been nothing short of amazing. I frequently have chat requests with him. He's always the first to respond and it's really established a connection other brokerages haven't been able to. From deposits, to withdrawals, general support, or whatever, he has a solution or answer for all of it. On the software side, Tasty's executions are virtually instant. My only suggestion would be better charting. But the support alone warrants 5 stars. Keep up the great work guys! You have a life long customer with me.

Christian has been very patient and helpful in answering my queries and helping me with step by step in un-installing and installing the new version of the tasty works app. He is very attention and provide me with clarity on my questions. Truly amazing and I think this is one of the best support that I have receive amongst the others brokers such as IBKR, TOS to name a few. Easy to find help on the platform and fast to receive a response through chat to resolve my queries. Very good service.

With all the volatility an investor experiences in the market, you don't want to add unneeded stress. I've been working with this brokerage for several years. They never disappoint with regards to responsiveness and service.
