The desktop app is phenomenal! The online trading platform is a bit too busy and confusing for me compared to the clean and somewhat simple desktop platform. The iPhone app is decent, but could be improved. Placing multi-leg strategies on the iPhone app is clunky and mistakes can be made too easily.

Stephen was patient and let me gather the data i needed which let me start my futures account with funds. He also had finance team review when needed to facilitate the process.

Everything has been smooth and perfect for me trading with them but not for my wife because her own account was held without withdrawal for months,leading to the above issue addresser in my profile picture. Please try and reply to complaint because it will be my last time here

I've been a TastyTrade client for several years and, overall, the experience has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, fees are competitive, and customer support has always been responsive. Recently, I faced an issue with an ACH deposit (caused by a third-party intermediary, not by me), and my account was permanently blocked from using ACH transfers. While I understand there may be technical or regulatory reasons behind this decision, it was very frustrating to receive a message stating the service would be permanently disabled, even after I had paid all the fees involved in both failed transfer attempts, without any further explanation or chance of review. I believe there could be more flexibility or at least an appeal process in cases like mine, especially for long-time clients who act in good faith. That said, I continue to use and recommend the platform — particularly for U.S.-based clients or international clients who stick to wire transfers to avoid similar issues.

I've been following Tom Sosnoff for some time, and thanks to the YouTube show, I've decided to sign up. I've never had any issues with the platform and the onboarding process. Support team was warm, helpful, and managed to solve my question. Deposits and withdrawals are smooth and quick! The only issue for international customer (withdrawals & deposits) are fees - these are enourmos especially if you have a small account like me. Other than that a complete satisfaction.

As a EU investor, it is a great platform that allows you to buy stocks cheaply, as well as access to US etfs. My only problem with it is that the tax report for capital gains is a simple worksheet, which doesnt look very official in case I need to present it to my local tax authorities. Like another user wrote, I also wished they had a consolidated tax statement with all the trades, dividends by symbol and the profits/losses, instead of dozens of daily activity statements and monthly account statements. Just have an official looking profit/losses document for the whole year, since my local tax auhority would likely not like the current non-official looking worksheet or the dozens of pdfs.
