The best trading platform, not many bells and whistles, but totally problem free and the service, in case of doubt or need of info, is outstanding, friendly and professional. I totally recommend it!

Not sure why they even offer 0 DTE trades when the risk department will just close your trade whenever they feel like. Worse than a bank just stealing your money. My position was nowhere NEAR in the money and they executed a closing trade. WORTHLESS Replying to their reply. There best efforts always screw the customer. The customer is forced to take a loss when the company has no liability. The customer is not reimbursed in any manner by the company for their Risk management error. I realize the company needs to protect there assets but the customer should be reimbursed for the mistake. Even a small token like 1 free trade. This is basically a license to steal. My advice never hold a trade to the last day. Which makes u wonder why do they offer 0 DTE trades when the risk department can close your trade at any minute?

Thanks for the review and sorry to hear about your experience Daniel. Our risk department's forced liquidations generally start in the last hour of trading on the day of expiration, if the account doesn't have enough buying power for a potential exercise/assignment. If you click the I'm Monitoring button on our website, on a best efforts basis this will delay the forced liquidation by an extra 20-30 minutes approximately.

Great service and assistance! Helped to close a trade when I was unable to at the time and avoid assignment.

Fees are ridiculous for futures accounts inside an IRA. Unbelievably expensive to use them. IRA closing fee $60, Transfer fee $75, Domestic Wire Fee $25..it's endless with their fees. Trading micros was a joke. $20 to $50 in fees a day not uncommon.
