What's to like about TastyTrade?
There are a number of things that put TastyTrade at the top of the list of brokerage companies, especially if you are on options trader. This brokerage supports all manner of option trades (vertical spreads, calendar spreads, butterflies, straddles, etc) in a very effective trading interface. It will take a while to figure out all the buttons on the interface, but don't worry, lots of tutorials are available. The customer service is fast and efficient.

Andy was knowledgeable and professional…
Andy was knowledgeable and professional - he listened to what I wanted to learn and did a great job! Both in the web-based desktop version as well as the mobile app version!! I needed to know how to specifically make several types of trades and he walked me thru each and every instance. Couldn’t ask for a better 30 minutes!! Thx Andy!

With everyone I spoke with provided…
With everyone I spoke with provided excellent help and with a very nice attitude! I dealt with margin status, withdraw cryptocurrency, and got approved for a new wallet address. I, however, proactively made calls alerting the team members of what was happening including an ACH transfer to potential avert any issues with a margin call occurring mid-day and thereby, blocking the crypto withdraw to an offsite wallet! Of all my experiences in dealing with any issue, not just this past Mondsy, I always felt that they made the effort to accomplish the task at hand with a positive attitude! Accordingly, I have dealt with other brokerage firms in my past, and this by far, was the most efficient!

Ongoing Education
I hoped to find out where on the Tastytrade platform I could get historical information on trades that were made. Thirty minutes with Paul went by very fast, but I was able to get a much better handle on what I was trying to do. I found this video call very helpful. My overall experience with the support team has found everyone eager to help.
