Very good customer service, got updates through the whole process, the part I ordered wasn’t matching my VIN, so they asked me if I wanted to buy the right one instead, I agreed and received my outside mirror after less than a week! Thank you 😊

Never have seen a company so inept, not sure how they stay in business. Ordered parts that & paid for next day air $$, going on two weeks and still haven't seen them. Called several days in a row with the same explanation, going out today & still haven't received them. Lesson leaned, go to the local mopar dealer if in a hurry !

As a buisness owner of a diesel repair shop and influence of diesel performance industry around the country I will not be using nor recommending this company to anyone. Ordered a simple engine harness for a company service truck that makes my company money. I ordered the engine harness order number 1215848 on monday 7/8/19. Recieved an email saying the part would ship within 24-48hrs. Part didnt ship until end of day Friday 7/12/19 and wont see the part until the following Friday. Tried calling the company multiple times and sent multiple emails with no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Can get the same quality part online from other companies in half the time. Left a negative review on their website and it was deleted.

I placed an order on 6/11/2019. I got an email on 6/13/2019 saying there was a mismatch on the VIN and the new part that matched my car was a bit more expensive and they would send me a new quote, pay and I’ll be all set. I agreed to the new quote, paid it the next day 6/14/19. On 6/17/19 they emailed me saying another part was not in their warehouse and they would need to order it and it would take 2-3 business days for it to be received and they’d send it as soon as it got to their warehouse. It’s been 11 days since their last email, I waited and waited on 6/27/19 I checked my order status and it still shows up as “Processing”, I emailed them and have yet to receive a response, it is now 17 days after I placed my order I asked for a full refund at this point because I can not wait any longer. I NEED these parts to drive my car! This company is horrible. DO NOT place an order with them. If the part shows as “In Stock” do not believe them. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and will be filing a dispute at this point.

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I placed my order and the status says processing ......I have called several times...no answers and no reply to my email...I will never order from this company again. I ordered it in my mother's name Carolyn Bush because she told me to pay for it using her paypal account. The order # is 1196445. Please email or call and let us know what is going on. Thanks.

Will NEVER order from TASCA again, nor will I ever recommend them. Placed my order had to pay a. 80.00 core charge paid 50.00 dollars shipping on a 97.00 part, And now they want me to pay to pay 52.00 to ship my part back to get my 80.00 core charge which is now 30.00 after I pay 52.00 in shipping...WHAT A SCAM! Oh and to add to it when I told the customer service representative that I was going to give them a bad review, he replied,"SWEET!"

I've ordered a series of parts for my 2013 Mazda CX-5 several times already with fairly reasonable e-mail responses with notifications on the order status and even if a part required additional time. BUT my recent order included more parts and that's where it got a little frustrating. I triple checked my cart to make sure I had BOTH Left and Right Outside Mirror replacement parts accounted for, but when the items arrived I was missing the Left Mirror assembly and Mirror Cover and instead received two Left Side Mirror Glass and Left Turn signals. I double checked my e-mail confirmation to make sure I didn't make a mistake while adding items to cart (Parts diagrams and item names/part numbers can be similar and were very similar). I decided to e-mailed them my problem and I was surprised at how long it took for their service department to respond considering their order confirmation e-mails in the past were reasonable. I thought my email was very clear on what parts were missing versus what was duplicated so I was concerned when their e-mail response had some inaccuracies to what I was missing versus what I had duplicated. I quickly responded by thanking them for reaching back as well as include the missing parts and extra parts, but don't know why it's taken another 4 days for someone to let me know my next steps. I don't want to end up paying again for parts I should've received and pay to have things returned. I've called their Customer Service 800-598-1484 twice around 3-4pm and no answer. This is why I have decided to give only 3 stars and will strongly consider another vendor. I don't know if they have ways to tweak the stock photos to reflect or have more accurate photos of parts to reduce the chances of mistakes like this.

Extremely slow, I placed an order and 10 days later I have sent multiple emails following up since their website says nothing under status and the ETA says"N/A" No response from the vendor, could not get anyone to answer the phone either. Worst experience I have had online ever with a vendor. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these folks.
