I recently ordered a part for my F150 from the website. It did not fit my truck even though it was listed as the replacement part. I have called and emailed several times and did not a reply. Finally I got through and was told I would be sent a return authorization and return label. I got the authorization but not a return label. I keep emailing and calling but no one is responding. Your customer service is terrible and I would not recommend using this company again. I am waiting to return my part and get my money back.

I'm Ziad Order#1182062. When the order arrived after long delay. I make a dispute by PayPal to refund cost of shipping only at the same time I was need some documents to export the parts to my country. I contacted with someone Called Mking work in Tasca Parts. He threatened me to cancel the dispute To give me some doc like Commercial invoice,packing Slip. After i canceled the dispute He wasn't agreed to compensation me the cost of shipping $318. However nobody respond on the email now. Really very bad customer service. I'm sorry if my English not so good

Placed an order two weeks ago, was still marked as "processing" until now, even after I've been told last week that everything is ready and about to be shipped. Sent an email yesterday asking for expedited shipping or CONTACTING me for a POSSIBLE cancellation if there is still a problem with the order. No reply. This morning called and found out that it have been cancelled "per my request". Facepalm. Very frustrating experience. Giving two stars because I've done business with Tasca before and was completely satisfied. Something went wrong there.

I ordered around $150 of parts over two weeks ago and the order status still hasn't even shipped. Emailed customer support and got a friendly response back saying my order was ready to be shipped, but now a week after they said that it still hasn't shipped. Emailed again two days ago and no response but overall I think they're doing their best, it's just taking FOREVER.

I ordered two parts from Tasca and paid UPS 2nd day shipping for my order. However, only one item (much lower value) was received and the other one was missing. I emailed them right after I opened the package and called several times. NO RESPONSE at all. Now I need to call my bank and hopefully I could get my money back.

This is the second time I ordered parts from Tasca and their customer service is terrible.The first time I didn't hear from them and it took forever to get my parts. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and low and behold no shipping date response email, no answer to my inquiry email. Ordered August 24 from Rock Auto and from Tasca. Received my parts from Rock Auto on the 28th but all I get on the Tasca web site when I check order status is we are processing your order. I order a lot of car parts, there are numerous better sites to order from. Meanwhile my 2004 F150 is in my driveway minus it's front suspension.

Super hard to get ahold of. Ordered parts that I desperately needed over a week ago and still have yet to ship.

Ordered part and money was taken immediately. Received an email a day later informing me that it was impossible to find my part and that I would be issued a refund within 24 hours. It has been 5 days and still no refund or contact, despite me reaching out several times. I have since ordered the part from another company and it will be arriving tomorrow. Be careful with these guys - lots of reviews floating around similar to mine. They will take your money and then you will not hear from them.
