Ordered parts from this site at the beginning of the month. Order was processed and my money was taken IMMEDIATELY. However, I NEVER received parts, everything kept getting delayed, I kept getting different answers from their "customer service". These fraudsters should be looked into, investigated.

Purchased some genuine accessories for the wheels of a Volvo and had them air freighted to Australia. Customer service was excellent, and verified fitment by email before shipping. This was a small purchase, so taking the time to say thank you here.

There is simply no customer service! The only contact I got is here after I left a bad rating- still no resolution or follow-up. Issues: 1. No email receipt/confirmation (yes, I checked spam/junk mail) 2. Wrong part received. 3. Long waits on hold (40minutes or more) and customer service doesn’t call back if you leave your number (no call back in nearly 2 weeks now). I ordered a cargo cover for my Mazda CX-9 and they sent the wrong part. I've called their support number which the recording touts "home of excellent customer service", then promptly put on hold for 45 minutes only to be dropped (coincidentally at closing time??). I have called literally a dozen times and even left my number to be called back on 2 occasions (option to leave your number rather than wait). I have spent HOURS on hold trying to get through. Note also that they are East coast and only open M-F until 6pm making it even more inconvenient if you're West Coast. When I did finally reach a rep he couldn't find my order by my last name and he became frustrated with me because I didn’t have an order number (no receipt/email confirmation, so I didn’t get one to begin with). I was looking at the shipping box for an order number and he apparently put me on hold without saying anything. 10 minutes waiting and then dial tone. *groan* I left a bad review here and got a nearly instant response (go figure) but all responses are about reputation, not resolution. I got excuses and even “You must have us confused with another company” response because I don’t know the order number. Good grief, check your phone messages and do what you say you will do and call me back! The return label clearly shows "Tasca Parts". Tried calling again first thing in the morning and on hold for another 1/2hr so I finally gave up. I'll contest the charge and just buy it from my local Mazda dealer. In hindsight it would have been worth the extra cost. I am done with this company for life. Avoid the aggravation and go elsewhere!

Ordered parts totaling over $1,200 on Friday 8/9/19. Called the following Monday to double check a part number. Customer service representative who was very nice confirmed that the part number I ordered was the correct part. He also said all the parts I ordered came in over the weekend so they should be shipping out later that day on the following day. That never happened. I called again on Thursday to see what was holding up the order. Representative said, yes all your parts are in! He said I'll have someone follow up so it gets shipped out. Once again, that never happened. It's now Saturday 8/17/19 over a week later and it still lists my order as "processing". Order #1241118 Placed on 08/08/2019 Update 8-19-20 Customer service sent me an email to let me know that the modules I purchased arrived, and during a warehouse move (which has been ongoing for a few days), they were misplaced, unfortunately. That being said, they reorder these on an emergency order. I responded to them to let them know, that while I appreciate them getting back to me, it would be nice if they could now expedite my shipping, because it was an issue on their end that has now held my order up from shipping for a week. I received no response from Tasca. Really hoping Tasca does the right thing here and expedites shipping on my order.

I ordered a part and 3 days later an email was sent to me stating that the part would need to be special ordered and that it would be another 3 to 5 days before it possibly ships out. I have sent 6 emails now in the past 2 days to cancel the order and that the part is no longer wanted. I have had 0 response to the emails and the status of order does not reflect a cancelation. Apparently they rarely look at emails if at all and I don't know if the order has been canceled.

I really disappointed with this company,after 2 weeks they don't know anything about my order delivery.No solution so far.Customer service sucks.

I recently ordered a part from one of the Tasca Parts websites (getOEMparts.com). Their website said the part would fit my 2015 Ford F150 XL. When the part came in, I found out that it wasn't even close to fitting. It must have been for a different vehicle entirely. I brought this to the attention of the merchant and requested a prepaid shipping label so I could return the item, since it didn't fit my vehicle like their website said it would. They responded "our team uses a VIN based catalog to double check the part for factory direct replacement, this is different from our website. I don't see a VIN attached with your order unfortunately. You will need to be responsible for return shipping." I don't know why they would use a different system for their website descriptions than they use to verify fitment, but in the order process I was not informed that I needed to provide my VIN in order to guarantee the part would fit the vehicle their website said it would fit. I don't understand why they want me to pay for the mistake on their website. That is a lack of ownership and terrible customer service. I will not order from them again.

I was able to get in contact with customer service while on hold within 5-10 minutes. Spoke with Mike and had no issues. He was very polite regarding my inquiry about reviewing my order. Promptly the same morning Joy contacted me via email letting me know what the order status was along with helping me cancel the order. I had to cancel the order due to parts related issues associated with Magneti-Marelli blocking buyers other than Mopar dealers due to a new agreement put in place with Mopar being the only ones authorized to sell certain parts. The staff were fine and were very friendly along with canceling the order without hassle.
