Tasca PartsReviews of tascaparts.com

I do not consider them scammers, as they returned my money to me 2 times. once the delivery address was not entered correctly and after explaining everything was returned, the second time passed almost a month after the order and the status of the goods did not change and so I demanded to cancel the order and in three days the money was returned. I think they do not have everything smoothly with logistics

Used VIN verification system for a seat release handle. Customer service contacted me a week later that I needed to change the part number to match the VIN I provided. Took another week and a half to actually confirm color and finally ship. Wrong part and couldn't be used. Extremely difficult getting customer service. Attempted to contact multiple times before emailed response that allowed for return. Even then I am told I need to pay for return shipping. Policy indicates if mistake is on Tasca side (VIN verification?), they would pay for shipping. Can't get any answer for why I'm having to pay for shipping. I'm done with this organization.

Initial impression was great prices and service. It was all downhill from there. I ordered a set of flywheel and clutch bolts with 2 day FedEx shipping. I was pretty annoyed to see they wanted 29.00 for shipping which is way more than the actual shipping cost on such a small package but I needed the parts asap. It wasn't until a day after that I received an email telling me the parts had to be special ordered and it would take an additional 3-5 days. The email also claimed I could contact them for a refund. I attempted to use live chat numerous times but kept getting pushed to email. I sent numerous emails also which were never answered. I finally received a text and email many days later and simply stating my order was shipped. In the end my need it asap 2 day order took exactly 2 weeks to show up and they had the nerve to still charge me 29 bucks for 2 day delivery. Don't be fooled by the low prices, buy somewhere else if you want customer service and decent shipping time/price.

I really wish I had read the reviews here before placing an order with these jokers. Continual delays, excuses, and vague emails saying things are “processing”. Only way I got a response from them was posting a comment on a Facebook post. Putting in a PayPal chargeback claim now. Order # 1676085. Update: Did eventually get the order in but from the packaging the parts came from surplus stock of other dealers. No idea if all these were new or returns. My advice if you wish to use these guys is to contact them first and see if they have it in stock. Good luck with this because without a phone number you are left with the outsourced chatbot on the site.

***Update*** I did receive my part, although late and with little to no communication from tasca. So I'll raise it from 1-2 stars. I'm currently in the process of a return. We'll see how that goes. If it goes well, I'll raise them from 2 stars to 3 or 4.***End of update*** I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my order. I ordered a part for my van, originally expecting to receive it by July 29th. That apparently changed to a "special order" and I have not received any further communication. I have emailed and received no response for 5 days, where most places respond within 24-48 hours, at most. No phone number available for customer service. I'm sitting here trying to feed 7 kids and paying $800 for a part needed on my vehicle, that I can't even get an answer about where it's at, how long it will be, or can I get my money back and go somewhere else. The dealership was slightly more expensive, but could've had it to me over a week ago. This sucks! Then I go to search my order online and it tells me that it doesn't exist. Order #1651432 for Cory D.

Waiting weeks for a simple license plate bracket doesn't cut the mustard..

I have revieved the order 1574475. But there was only one 10448683 Trans Mount in the package! That was the only item in the box. Where are the other components ordered? According to the delivery note, all components should be in the package. However, it´s only one Trans Mount 10448683. I have also already payed the taxes for all parts. Please send me the remaining components. Best regards Christoph Kreis

So far the same problem like almost everyone here.. Placed order 1379145 on July 6th, so far order status still: process Sent 2 mails but so far no response at all. About to cancel my order.
