I would leave a 0 star if I could, Do not buy from these guys they sent me a bad cooling fan I email them call them multiple time they just keep putting me on hold. All I want is you guys to send me a good running fan I don't need my money back. I dont know why it's so hard for you guys to get back to me or at least answer your phone. I'm a salvage yard owner in Gj. I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Do not buy from Tasca Auto Parts. This is the worst company and will not send you the correct part, will not pick up their phone, and will NOT REFUND you promptly after sending you the wrong part and you've done your part to return it. I have waited over a month for a refund when they sent me the completely wrong part (mirror instead of overhead console bin). I've called 4 times since getting confirmation that the part was returned and each time I had to wait about 25 minutes for them to pick up the phone. They had me run around to send the part back instead of doing a UPS pickup. Then after the part was confirmed to be there...they STILL did not refund my credit card promptly. I have called them 4 times and each time they tell me it takes a little time to process! Wow its literally been a month! DO NOT BUY FROM TASCA. Also the Customer Rep/Owner was rude and told me to run around some more and contact my credit card company. I explained I already had. Did he say I'll look into it and I'll call you back? NO! DO NOT BUY FROM TASCA! They are incompetent!

- Update - Got a refund for the higher VAT invoice from Tasca today. Special thanks to Mike for his kind support. They solved the mistake really fast now - changed the rating from 3 to 5 stars! Received all ordered parts after 4 weeks. It came in multiple packages which was not written in the shipping notification. Sadly, they included the same order receipt on both packages which they used for customs declaration. I had to pay the price twice that way - they should declare the parts which are actually inside the package and not the full order. No reply from the customer service regarding this.

So Disappointed 😔I Ordered My Part 9/9/2019 Received All My Other Car Parts Within Days After I Ordered Them ... I Ordered From TAsca parts This Is My First Time And I’ll Been Waiting On My Final Piece To My Car For All Most A Month Now And I Paid For Shipping I Really Hope This Ain’t A Scam ..!

I had ordered a part on 09/09/19. It is now 09/25/19. They took the money out of my account on 09/0919. Still no part. Need my 373.00 refunded, so we can get the part ordered somewhere else. Called ebay, haven't heard or seen anything from anyone. Please respond, and refund.

The only thing that this company specializes in is crappy on-hold music and fast PayPal transactions on purchases. Order number 89266 placed on 9/23/2019. Same date as other online companies that I ordered parts fromand received shipping notices and tracking information within hours an I have packages arriving on 9/24/2019. I can't even get someone to answer the phone without being on hold for 20 minutes and when someone did answer they hung up as soon as I gave them my order number. Need my order cancelled and money refunded ASAP. Can't trust this company GetOEMParts.com. Need to rate them less than 1 star.

Following up with a review response from Tasca; "Thanks for contacting us, Chris. We apologize for the frustration over the wait for your part. Your refund has been issued. You will receive an email from us with more detail. Our team does pride itself on customer service and we apologize for any frustration regarding your order." My frustration is not the wait for my part. Its the principal that I wanted to cancel my order and no one followed up with me to confirm the status on my order/refund. I reached out to you company multiple times with no response. I received no email today, as stated in your response. I had to call, once again, to confirm that my order had FINALLY been cancelled. Still yet to see a refund hit my credit card account. I will make sure to avoid your company in the future out of principal.

This company by far has to be the worst company to deal with when ordering parts from them. I would strongly suggest that you find another company to deal with. I usually never leave reviews because I understand that things happen. But after ordering parts from this company on 8/18/19 and it's now 9/18/19 and when I first called they told me someone lost it in the warehouse. Ok cool like I said crap happens then was told they will order it and send it to me next day so I gave them 2 weeks I heard nothing back but recieved and email stating it was shipped but in the notes it said local pick up. Pretty strange considering I live states away from this place. So waited 4 more days called back stated that I was issued a refund per customer request which I never recieved nor asked for a refund....glad it wasn't a high dollar part. BUT THESE REVIEWS WILL SAVE YOU MONEY AND A HEADACHE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
