Took forever to get my parts buy someplace else

I sure wish I had reviewed the company prior to order. But my issue falls in line with all others. Misleading site. I have a screen shot of each page in my transactions and was never propted for a VIN like they continue to want to fall back on. I was prompted for Year, Make, Model, etc. Ithis was all entered and got the BIG approval on the site "This part DOES fit your 2008 Nissan Xterra". Well if that is not as misleading and lying to the customer then I dont know what is. This part would never fit my car. Took a while to get the product. Contacted customer service several times before finally getting a response. Want me to pay shipping back for the sites mistake. I can attach all screen shots of my transaction. Especially the golden ticket that told me it was for my car.I simply asked for a swap for the correct part, nothing more or nothing less. I cant say that I have found a good review anywhere but THEIR site. Imagine that. Trolling reviews their. I am on my way to disputing the charges as they lied, falsely advertised, and ship incorrect parts, and quiet often from what I am reading now. Tasca should take ownership of their wrongdoing. And if they want to use something like VIN number then take away the year, make, model. Its that simple. But they are making way to much money being crooked I would say. They have no intention to do anything to better lead the customer. But like 99% of other sites they ask you for the year, make, and model. Just like this one did. Update to the pathetic response.I have attached screenshot and also sent it to you as well as PayPal to review EXACTLY what your site stated while I ordered. I to have screen shots. It's simple, your site shouldn't state it fits my exact vehicle, even down to sub category of X for the version I had. Also, if the VIN is needed then YOU should require it, not make it an alternative piece of the ordering process. I also have screen shots down to paying for the item. No VIN screen popped up in reality. But I guess in Mike's mind it did. Either way FINALLY I finally was able to get refund after lengthy childish pointing fingers. I bought something from TASCA, the site clearly states "fits my exact vehicle". Lesson learned and I hope others take with caution.

Order number 1232706 I'm order 5 item. Just came 1 item Complaint Email send in friday.but not reply until now.I called several times. but no one answered 😥😥😥

I sure got screwed by this company I ordered a heater & air conditioner control for my motorhome. my high fan and max ac did not work, so ordered a new one for seventy dollars Or so. received a faceplate, no controls what good would that do. I sent it back. they credited me the price but I am out twenty two dollars for shipping. I talked to their rep that finally answered the phone, he insisted that the picture showed the faceplate. it was my fault ordering the wrong part. it said , on the picture of it heater and ac control unit. what was I to think . it was just the faceplate. what good would that do. hell with this company.

Ordered a spare tire wench for my F250, great price, arrived in a few days. But it was a windshield wiper motor. I called and actually got a person to talk to, she said that they would send me a email to send it back and would send the winch right away. Got it in 5 days, but have called 3 times and put on hold and still no RMA number. Guess I have a wiper motor on hand. Will not call again

Ordered a seat belt for my f150 after my dog chewed it up. Tasca sent me a rear seat belt when I had ordered the front passenger seatbelt. They have NO kind of return navigation on their website or my order confirmation email. I proceeded to call them and got put on hold for almost an hour (the music they play on hold made me want to kill myself). Would not recommend buying your automotive parts through them.

Hello! I am order number #1292724. I have been on hold for 30 minutes now. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I hope I don't end up in the situation that most of these reviewers have & to get my order asap!

Ordering system and communication is poor. I placed an order for three parts, one of which I needed to get my car back on the road. A couple days later I get an email stating that one of the parts is not in stock and my order will be delayed. They do not say which part is not in stock but obviously they know but do not care to share that information that might be of interest to the customer. In addition, they don't give any indication of how long the order will be delayed. So, I have to call them and wait on a lengthy hold for someone to take the call to find out what is going on. I finally get in touch with a rep and ask which part is on backorder and why they can't tell the customer this information when the order is placed. He can't answer that and says the ordering system is merely a catalog and there are no guarantees that the items are in stock. Ok, so your'e about the only internet-based company that operates this way in 2019. So, it turns out that the part that is holding things up is just a $3 clip that I could just get locally if I had known that this would hold up the entire order. I ask if they can just ship what they have and send the clip when it comes in. Nope. What they would have to do is send the two parts they have and then charge me another $8 to send the $3 clip when it arrives to their warehouse. If I had known that 1) they did not have all the parts and 2) that they hold an order hostage for a minor part unless I pay again for shipping or 3) that the ordering system is just a catalog of parts that they may or may not have in stock, I would have just ordered elsewhere. So, I tell the guy to just remove the $3 clip from my order and send what they have in stock. He does so but then my order still sits in processing for another couple of business days before finally shipping out. I'm not sure how these guys are going to stay in business if this is the way they operate. No way a real mechanic that has to get his customers cars back on the road can deal with such delays and even the shadetree mechanic is going to have a hard time putting up with this.
