Customer service is non existant. Tried calling, no answer, sent emails, no answer, left two message for them to call back NOTHING waited on hold for 30 mins and it ends up hanging up on you . all I'm trying to do is get a refund on my core??? ( RMA # ) sounds like you guys respond to bad reviews so maybe i will try this ?

Placed 2 orders from here and I wish I didn't. Customer service is non existant. Tried calling, no answer, sent emails, no answer, posted on their Facebook page, deleted, sent email on their eBay site, no answer, do we need to send smoke signals. I wish I read the reviews everywhere.. Like here, they are really bad. Will not be coming back. They take your money and they are happy. Fast shipping.. Hahaha. What a joke.

Hello I ordered from here over anywhere else because I thought it would be fast shipping. I received an email saying that what I ordered had to be ordered special to be sent to their warehouse, which is fine but I never got a response back. I need to know an estimate of when it will arrive just like anyone else would. In my email I even mentioned if I could pay more for it to come quicker as mine is a gift for Christmas. I just want information and to not be in the dark!

Placed a order for brakes and rotors for my Volvo. 13 days later still no parts and no communication from them. I have emailed twice and got no response. Well today I finally got a message the brakes were sent. At least they got on it after this post.

Good pricing if you don't mind your vehicle being out of commission for awhile. After ordering it's a week later and my order still hasn't shipped. So much for fast shipping! Today they tell me it might ship today or next Monday. Very disappointed, I will not make this mistake again. Update, after my order not shipping for a week and making two phone calls to customer service I finally got ahold of a nice lady at Tasca that worked out the issues with the part. I noticed that I just received a reply to my review from Tasca. Their reply has some truth to it, I did place an order on a weekend and by Monday I did receive an email saying they were processing it. I did choose ground shipping because they claim that they ship in 24 to 48 hours so that was not an issue. The rest of it is a made-up story. They never emailed me to tell me that they were out of stock on this part and we're actually ordering it which would take a week. I did not order a bolt nor have I ever ordered a bolt from Tasca, it was actually a fuel line. You would think before customer service started making concocting a story they would actually know what they were talking about. These are the kind of made up excuses that I would hear from my teenager. This just solidifies with me how poor their customer service is.

Order #1317391. Two part numbers. I wish I had read these reviews prior to my order. In hindsight, after reading these reviews, Tasca appears to be having major issues starting early 2019 and the situation is NOT improving. I digress. My order was placed after business hours on Friday November 15th. 3 business days later, on November 20th, my order still showed processing. I emailed them to see what was going on. The following business day, November 21st, i sent another email due to no response from the first. November 22nd, five business days after placing my order, I recieve a response, and I quote "The part BV6Z*2853*B arrived to us. I contacted our warehouse to locate your order". This reply leaves me more questions than I had originally, so I sent another email to them shortly after. Was that part number out of stock and the other part number in stock? Was the opposite the case? Was the other part number still out of stock? When are my parts shipping? No reply Mid day November 26th, I finally get an auto generated message along with an email from customer service stating my parts shipped. If you were keeping track, thats seven business days before my part even shipped with no prior notifications that any parts were special order or out of stock. I wasn't lucky like some of these people who were notified of non-stock items after their purchase. I was not. The parts did arrive on November 29th and were promptly installed and thankfully the correct parts were picked. I was without a vehicle for 14 calendar days due to the lack of communication of Tasca. I was completely left in the dark and have never experienced this kind of poor communication from any online outlet. I didn't care as much about the price, I ordered from Tasca due to the fact that I thought such a big entity would be a better bet for locating and shipping the parts that I needed. I was horribly wrong. To the person that promptly replies to these reviews. For your customers' sake, please log off this website and into your email server and help answer emails. This was such an infuriating experience, I will never order from Tasca again. Edit: In response, i had been checking spam email folder just in case. No further communication was in that folder. I would like to thank you for the shipping refund though, I do appreciate the gesture.

Wonder if they've been bought recently? Definitley a change in customer service levels. I've spent $5k+ easily on parts with them upto a few years back, even collected from their Cranston HQ before, and had amazing customer service. Bought the book, read it, recommended them. Their prices weren't always the best but like any business, the more $$$ you spend the bigger discount you get. Let down a couple times in availability ( they needed to order and other place had on shelf) so tried a couple other parts places, ended up switching away. Cut to last year, 2015 GC SRT shocks on backorder and reached out to my contact by email.... nothing. OK, he could have moved on. No problem, but I'd expect an auto reply or follow up from someone else. I get them elsewhere. Last month, I'm in NYC and order $50 of minor parts as they show availability online - nothing critical, but nearly 1 month later nothing has shipped and no emails to me or responses to the ones I've sent. Called up to be told 'they're about to ship'. Told them to cancel as I'm no longer near the delivery address. They *used to* be brilliant, but TascaParts currently suck. I now need to go and take back the good words I've said about them since 2010 :-(

Very difficult part to order, wiring harness for 2008 Ford F-450 diesel. It was perfect and high quality. I did have a few problems with the web site, but I'm old, so that being said most people's problems with these parts are there own problem. NOT FOLLOWING the instructions. Just read some of these peoples comments.!!!
