I've ordered parts from Tasca twice now (Ford F150) and had great experiences both times. The first part I selected was an updated part for my truck and they confirmed fitment via VIN and made sure I got what I needed. Second order was a special order and they kept me updated at least once per week even during the factory shutdowns. Highly recommend.

Ordered a part in early April (around the 7th). Never received an email confirmation with the order number; HOWEVER, someone from Tasca called on April 9 and said the part was not available and the next update wouldn't be available until April 26. Matt told them to cancel the order because we could not wait that long. Tasca took the money out of the bank anyway and has not issued a refund. I contacted the company today inquiring about the refund and received an email stating they cannot look it up with out an order number. I DON'T HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER. They never emailed me. I have called 3 different numbers trying to talk with someone but NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. I WILL NOW PROCEED TO THE BBB

Ordered parts for tasca parts on March 4th. Order Number 1402560. Waited for my order to be sent for more than a month. No one told me when my order will be sent. On April 8, my order was shipped. Upon receipt, it turned out there are no two main parts. They intentionally did not send me these details, since they would not even fit into the package I received. I paid for the parts, I paid for the delivery, I paid for customs clearance, but I did not receive the purchased parts. They do not respond to emails, I have no information. This is a terrible company. Never order parts from her.

Called in to see why my time sensitive order was not being delivered on time; the shipping time was doubled for a simple part. The representative actually prompted me to cancel my order, so that’s what I did and found the same part cheaper elsewhere. Would not recommend doing business with them. They seem to have a strange policy towards in stock items and shipping protocol and would rather you cancel your order than be honest about these items.

I order some Mazda parts 3.5 and still waiting... over 1 month

Ordered several parts on 3/19, and of course some of them had to be ‘special ordered’, which Amy told me would take 3 to 5 business days to get to their warehouse and than my complete order would be shipped. I was okay with that at first, but today is 3/31 and I’ve yet to receive any parts OR any correspondence/update letting me know what the delay is. Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered, because this seems to be the same issue MANY people have experienced. Yes, Tasca parts may save you a few dollars, but what good does that do if the parts you need never arrive on time. Spend the extra dollars and buy your parts from a more reputable company. UPDATE: Order #1415269 Stop using COVID-19 as an excuse and do your job. Consumers are smart enough to read the other reviews on this site to see that the problems I’m having with my order are very similar in nature to MANY others who experienced problems way before the COVID-19 crisis. If you spent less time on the computer trying to justify your terrible service and more time processing orders and/or responding to customers emails, maybe your service wouldn’t be so terrible.

CLEARLY EVERY PART REQUIRES SPECIAL ORDERING!!!!!!!! I ordered a gasket on 3/11/2020. I received an email stating it may take 3 additional days because of special order. Well I kept checking the website and it only said processing. I called on on the 18th and the lady said she didn’t know why it was shipped yet. She said she would reorder it and when it arrives she would ship it to me. I received an email the next morning stating that it arrived to them from Florida. My order still says processing and I haven’t received a shipped email. It seems that since it has been so long since I ordered it, they would be in a little more rush to get it sent. If I knew what company they ordered from in Florida, I would try to go straight to them instead of through Tasca. It seems to be normal practice for them not to respond to emails and when you get them on the phone, they say what they think you want to hear. My truck has been sitting for 2 weeks because of one small gasket that I can’t get locally. UPDATE: I called today and the guy, Matt, said they had the part and I would receive an email with a tracking number by 6 pm. Well, no email. NEW UPDATE: They definitely only say what you want to hear. It’s now 3/23 and the rep said it was processed over the weekend and I should get a tracking email within 24 to 48 hours. These people lie constantly. It is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I wish I could stop everyone looking for parts before they order from this company. It’s beyond ridiculous at how much they don’t care about the people ordering parts. It’s a gasket that can be sent via regular mail.

Ce n'est pas mauvais, c'est très mauvais ! Après plus d'un mois d'une commande passée... Aucune info, pas de réponse par mail ni via un litige paypal en cours... A fuir. Tout est dit !
