I should have read the reviews before ordering. I purchased an ABS control module for a 2009 F-150. It was considerably less in price from local Ford dealer IF you receive your core charge back. They are refusing to refund stating I did not return some core labels they stated were in the box. Nothing was in the box except the poorly packaged part. They stated"our hands are tied and there's nothing we can do". I actually ended up paying more than local dealer when adding in the high shipping charge and tax.

Please Read these reviews guys. Had I known i would've never ordered from this company. First of all there is nowhere on the site that says all parts are outsourced. I placed an order on 4/28 with the intention that the items are in stock... Immediately received an email that i have to wait an additional 3-5 business days for the parts to get to them.. Wish i had known but fine. 5 Business days would mean my order should be ready to ship 5/5 the latest right? Proceeded to call on Tuesday to see if parts came in which they have. Guess what my status still hasn't changed to shipped. Call customer support today, spoke to Tom and my order should be out to ship today. I asked can you guarantee i get it for this weekend, proceeded to tell me "maybe or early next week." (next week my car will have been in the air for 3 weeks because i will have to wait for the weekend to work on it. Explained my issues and asked is there anyway i can expedite and guarantee my order gets shipped today. He said sure we can do next day air for $50 more dollars. Are you kidding me? I want my part. DO NOT LIST THAT THE PART IS IN STOCK WHEN IT ISN'T. Had i known otherwise i would've never ordered from them. Now my car has been in the air for 2 weeks. And I know we are in the midst of a pandemic but its just a new excuse for them to use for an added delay. In addition I mention i wish i had read the reviews beforehand, he proceeds to go "well those people are just inpatient" Well there you go guys, this company does not care about you. I do want to clear one misunderstanding, however, which is that nowhere on our store does it state availability or stocking status of parts. In fact, each product page displays a banner directly above the photo and description stating clearly that the catalog does not reflect immediate availability of parts. That being said, we do care and our teams work very hard to accommodate every request, regardless of the stress the pandemic has placed on our operations. I pulled a senior member from his duties and had him go to the shipping lane and locate your order among the thousands of orders being processed today. I then had him personally pack and label it ensuring it leaves today. The shipping was upgraded to FedEx and will arrive at your home tomorrow 5/8 (you will receive an email with tracking info). They also call themselves NewAutoParts.com and they LIE all day long. Their excuses are full of it as their customer service. This place is a 100% scam artists' playpen and they love to take your money with no way to contact them other than stupid emails that they respond to a day later with even bigger lies than the last one they sent. There is no "virus" on the planet other than their website(s) and they are totally full of it. Don't buy ANYTHING from these losers. If you spent money, cancel your order and report them to your CC provider. Certainly don't use paypal or you'll never see your cash again. Sue them, if necessary, so they don't get to steal a penny of your money. They are using that alternate name "NewAutoParts.com" obviously to run from their disreputable history and they are well on their way to making a new one of even lesser value.

I ordered two parts on April 26. I received an email saying they were special order a week after I ordered. Still processing. I've called 4 times in the past week on hold for 30 minutes each time and no one answers. I would like to know what's going on so that I know I just didn't send them my money for nothing. Hi, Jayce - It looks like the mail you received from us did state that your parts would take about 5 business days to arrive to us before shipping to you. The initial email you received would have also mentioned that delays in shipping and distribution may occur due to COVID_19 disruptions in manufacturing. At this point, we're still within that five day business time frame. Don't worry, our team is working hard to get everyone their orders.
